    Abstract: A method for a fluorometric assay in a cell-free protein synthesis environment includes providing a multi-well plate. The multi-well plate includes a cover plate and a base provided with a plurality of wells. Each well is formed by one or more side walls, a bottom II and an opening. The cover plate matches the opening. A volume of a reaction cavity of each well is less than 20 ?L. Some of the wells in the plurality of wells are in fluid communication with each other. Fluid is provided to some of the wells. The cover plate is placed on a top of the base, and the fluid is in contact with the bottom II of each well and the cover plate, and the multi-well plate is incubated.

    Abstract: Embodiments of three-dimensional (3D) memory devices formed by bonded semiconductor devices and methods for forming the same are disclosed. In an example, a method for forming a bonded semiconductor device includes the following operations. First, a first wafer and a second wafer are formed. The first wafer can include a functional layer over a substrate. Single-crystalline silicon may not be essential to the substrate and the substrate may not include single-crystalline silicon. The first wafer can be flipped to bond onto the second wafer to form the bonded semiconductor device so the substrate is on top of the functional layer. At least a portion of the substrate can be removed to form a top surface of the bonded semiconductor device. Further, bonding pads can be formed over the top surface.

    Abstract: Certain aspects disclosed herein improve on inappropriate behavior detection by applying machine-learning techniques to identify inappropriate behavior in real-time, or near real-time. For example, one or more patterns can be generated that represent possible incidences of inappropriate behavior, such as a request for a user's contact information. Audio segments captured by a wireless device in a vehicle can be converted into text using an automatic speech recognition system, and an adaptation model can apply the pattern(s) to the text to determine portions of the text that match at least one pattern and portions of the text that do not match any pattern, with the adaptation model labeling the text portions accordingly. The adaptation model can then pre-train a text classification model with the labeled text portions. The adaptation model obtains manually labeled data points and re-trains or updates the pre-trained text classification model using the manually labeled data points.

The generated one or more heuristics along with one or more patterns can be used to assign training labels to a large unlabeled dataset of segments. A subset of segments representing an occurrence of verbal harassment can be selected using the assigned training labels. Randomly selected segments can be used as being indicative of a non-occurrence of verbal harassment. The selected subset of segments and randomly selected segments can be used to train one or more machine learning models for verbal harassment detection.

The system may receive an audio segment comprising a portion of audio captured by a microphone located within a vehicle. Further, the system may convert the audio segment to a text segment. The system may provide at least the text segment to a prediction model associated with verbal harassment detection to obtain a harassment prediction. Further, the system may provide the audio segment to an emotion detector to obtain a detected emotion of a speaking user that made an utterance included in the audio segment. Based at least in part on the harassment prediction and the detected emotion, the system may automatically, and without user intervention, determine whether a user is being harassed.
