    Abstract: A wafer level chip scale packaging structure and the method of fabricating the same are disclosed to form a sacrificial layer below the bump using a normal semiconductor process. The bump is used to connect the signals between the Si wafer and the PCB. The interface between the sacrificial layer and the PCB is the weakest part in the whole structure. When the stress applied to the bump is overloaded, the interface between the sacrificial layer and the PCB will crash to remove the stress generated by different thermal expansion coefficients of the Si wafer and the PCB. The sacrificial layer would help avoid the crash occurring to the bump to protect the electrical conduction between the Si wafer and the PCB.

The protective metal layer is made from a second metal selected from the group consisting of nickel, chromium, nickel-chromium alloy, and titanium. The aforesaid sputtering deposition is conducted at a power ranging from 300 to 1000 watts and a deposition time ranging from 17 to 90 seconds.

After the respective connections with the light tube sockets and the terminals, a fluorescent light unit is comprised. The terminals on the two sides of the fluorescent light unit are inserted into the traditional fluorescent light seat thereby achieving the function of turning on the light by electronic starting.

Four guide posts of a base of a shaper extend through one of the tubes of the four corners, respectively. Each guide post is clamped by a respective tube when in a locking position. Each connecting rod has two ends respectively operatively connected to two of the four tubes of the seat. One of the connecting rods is moved to urge each tube to the locking position. The connecting rods are linked together to thereby allow synchronous movement of the connecting rods. Thus, when one of the connecting rods is moved, all of the lugs are moved to the locking position to thereby synchronously clamp the guide posts of the base.
