    Abstract: One embodiment provides a method for predicting a next action in a conversation system that includes obtaining, by a processor, information from conversation logs and a conversation design. The processor further creates a dialog graph based on the conversation design. Weights and attributes for edges in the dialog graph are determined based on the information from the conversation logs. An unrecognized user input the conversation system is detected. The unrecognized user input is analyzed and a next action is predicted based on dialog nodes in the dialog graph and historical paths. A guiding conversation response is generated based on the predicted next action.

The method includes: sensing, by a communications device, a carrier located in a first unlicensed frequency band, where the first unlicensed frequency band includes at least one carrier; and sending, by the communications device, data on a carrier whose channel state is sensed to be idle. The communications device senses a first carrier in the first unlicensed frequency band, and sends the data on the first carrier that is successfully sensed to be idle. Another communications device may also sense in the first unlicensed frequency band, and send data in the first unlicensed frequency band when sensing successfully. The multipath network comprises at least two video stream transmission sub-paths from a transmitting terminal to a receiving terminal. The real-time video transmission method for a multipath network comprises steps of: 1) by the transmitting terminal, packing original video stream data and sequentially adding a tag into a packet header to obtain multipath transmission data, and sending the multipath transmission data packets to different ones of the video stream transmission sub-paths for transmission; and, 2) by the receiving terminal, receiving and parsing the multipath transmission data packets, and restoring the original video data stream according to the tags in the packet headers. The present invention can take full advantage of outlet and inlet bandwidths at two ends of a transmission path, and can effectively improve stability in video transmission to improve user experience.
