Abstract: This application provides a reflective QoS flow characteristic-based communications method and apparatus. In the method, an access-network network element sends first information to a core-network network element, where the first information is used to indicate whether a data packet has a reflective QoS flow characteristic; and the access-network network element determines, based on the first information, whether there is a need to send a QoS flow identifier to a terminal. In this way, signaling overheads are reduced.

Abstract: A MDT measurement log transmission method, a terminal, and a readable storage medium. The MDT measurement log transmission method comprises: transmitting an available indication to a network side via a first signaling bearer, the available indication being used to indicate to the network side that log-type MDT measurement log information has been stored; receiving a reporting indication message transmitted by the network side via a second signaling bearer, the reporting indication message being used to indicate that the log-type MDT measurement log information has been reported; and determining a third signaling bearer, and transmitting the log-type MDT measurement log information to the network side on the basis of third signaling. The solution reports a MDT measurement log via a MN link or a SN link, thereby reporting a MDT measurement result in a timely manner.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for scheduling a logical channel, a method for generating configuration information and a device. The method for scheduling a logical channel comprises: determining, according to logical channel configuration information, a coverage area of each logical channel, the configuration information comprising coverage area information of the logical channel; selecting, according to a transmission distance of a grant, a logical channel having a coverage area matching the transmission distance; and allocating a resource to the selected logical channel, and completing scheduling. The method for generating configuration information comprises: generating configuration information according to service quality information of a service, the configuration information comprising coverage area information of each logical channel; and sending the configuration information to user equipment.

One example method is applied to a wireless backhaul system having a first network and a second network of different RATs. The example method includes obtaining, by a first management network element in the wireless backhaul system, information about a first radio bearer of a terminal in the first network, where the information about the first radio bearer is used to indicate the first radio bearer. The first management network element can then determine a mapping relationship between the first radio bearer and a second radio bearer based on the information about the first radio bearer, where the second radio bearer is a radio bearer of the first device in the second network.

In the method, a first access network device and a second access network device establish a data radio bearer (DRB)-based tunnel and a session-based tunnel.
