The disclosure solves the problem that the RLF reason cannot be judged accurately in the conventional art, and enables the network side to obtain more accurate and comprehensive information.

Also disclosed is a data transmission system. With embodiments of the disclosure, mobile communications system is able to provide an optimized service, a higher bandwidth and better performance.
