An electrochemical silver reduction technology combines with an electrochemical additive method to remove a Ag alloy layer on a surface of a Bi-based superconducting wire/tape and coat a high-strength Cu layer, such that a low-cost and high-strength Bi-based superconducting wire/tape can be prepared, which reduces a preparation cost and improves a strength of a Bi-based superconducting wire/tape to meet the application requirements of large super-strong magnets.

The cells comprise CHO cells. The culture mode comprises fed-batch culture or perfusion culture. Various influence factors in fermentation culture and separation and purification are comprehensively analyzed, and by effective control, all factors can effectively cooperate, so that a high-purity bispecific antibody is efficiently produced, the daily output can reach 3 g/L or above, and the purity of the purified bispecific antibody can reach 90% or above. Moreover, the production process is amplified and verified, the process is stable and reliable, the cost is low, a great breakthrough is achieved compared with an existing production method.

The fusion protein effectively prolongs the half-life of HM-3, is low in cost and overcomes the major problem of druggability of small peptides. Therefore, the fusion protein of the present invention may serve as a potential drug for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, neovascular diseases, osteoarthritis and the like.
