    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of drilling fluid, and particularly relates to an ionic liquid shale inhibitor for drilling fluid, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: subjecting the imidazole-based ionic liquid to a polymerization reaction in water environment under an inert atmosphere, the produced polymer is used as an ionic liquid shale inhibitor for drilling fluid. The ionic liquid shale inhibitor for drilling fluid has the advantages of desirable inhibition effect, good compatibility, strong high-temperature resistance, simple preparation method and low cost.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pH and oxygen dual-sensitive magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent and a preparation method thereof, which is a dual-modal nanoparticle contrast agent with 19F signal and CEST dual signal (19F-CEST), a CEST contrast agent that is dual-sensitive to pH and oxygen. The preparation method comprises: mixing a variety of phospholipid surfactants and cholesterol well to obtain a blend of phospholipid surfactants, which is dissolved in chloroform or a mixed solvent of chloroform and methanol, evaporated to dryness with a rotary evaporator and dried overnight in a vacuum oven at 40° C. after adding rhodamine, finally, it is dispersed in water containing glycerin by mechanical dispersion or ultrasonic vibration to obtain a lipid modifier; mixing perfluorocarbon, the lipid modifier obtained in step (1), glycerin, and water and ultrasonically mixing well with a probe, and extruding with an extruder to prepare a perfluorocarbon nanoemulsion.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a molecular imaging method for evaluating liver regeneration ability after ALPPS. The method includes steps of: 1) preparing a VX2 rabbit liver cancer model; 2) performing ALPPS for the VX2 rabbit liver cancer model; 3) synthesizing 18F-Fluoromethylcholine (18F-Methylcholine, 18F-FCH); 4) PET/CT imaging and data processing for 18F-FCH. The disclosure is the first to propose the use of 18F-FCH PET/CT to monitor the proliferative capacity of residual liver, and further indirectly reflect the increased ability of cell membrane synthesis on the basis that 18F-FCH has higher choline metabolism in residual liver tissue, so that the liver regeneration ability after ALPPS is evaluated by the molecular imaging method, thereby providing important new ideas for the clinical selection of ALPPS to choose the best time for second-stage surgery.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of water-based drilling fluid, in particular to a modified polyhistidine suitable for being used as a supramolecular shale inhibitor, a method of preparing the same, and its application in water-based drilling fluids. The modified polyhistidine has a histidine polymerization main chain comprising a structural unit, which is represented by Formula (1) and attached with a modifying group, and the histidine polymerization main chain has a histidine polymerization degree of 6-9. The modified polyhistidine provided by the present disclosure is a degradable biological material and has the advantage of environmental friendliness; when the modified polyhistidine is used as a shale inhibitor, it can take advantage of its supermolecular property to effectively inhibit the hydration expansion of montmorillonite which is the most important expansion mineral in shale, and exhibits excellent inhibition effect and desirable temperature resistance.

The dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant of the present invention can serve as wettability reversal agent when it is used for oil-gas drilling to enable rock amphiphobic, and is an amphiphobic wettability reversal agent which can cause rock surface to be non-hydrophilic and non-lipophilic. Using of dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant, especially when drilling highly hydrous mud shale, can avoid permeation of water and oil into the rock effectively and thereby a capillary phenomenon can be prevented, and an effect of stabilizing the well wall and protecting the reservoir is attained.

A method for preparing the amphiphobic composite material includes: performing a first mixing of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide in an alcohol-water mixed solvent under an alkaline condition, to obtain a dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide; then introducing a fluorosilicone-containing coupler into the dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide and performing a second mixing. The amphiphobic composite material may be applied in water-based drilling fluids. It has an effect of strongly inhibiting hydrated swelling and disintegration, low toxicity and high compatibility; can solve problems such as well wall instability, blockage of drilling tools, and reservoir damage, etc.
