The organic electroluminescent device includes a first electrode layer, a first carrier functional layer, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode layer stacked in sequence, wherein a P-doped layer is arranged between the first carrier functional layer and the light-emitting layer. Thus the energy level bending of an interface between the first carrier functional layer and the light-emitting layer is modified, and the hole injection potential barrier at the interface between the two is reduced, thereby effectively reducing the turn-on voltage of the organic electroluminescent device.

    Abstract: Embodiments select demand forecast parameters for a demand model for a first item. Embodiments receive historical sales data for a plurality of items on a per store basis and receive a plurality of seasonality curves for the first item of the plurality of items, each seasonality curve corresponding to a different pooling level for the first item. Embodiments determine a correlation for each of the seasonality curves at each pooling level and determine a root mean squared error (“RMSE”) for each determined correlation. Embodiments determine a score for each pooling level, the score based on the corresponding correlation, RMSE and a penalty and select one of the seasonality curves based on the determined scores. Embodiments use the demand model and the selected seasonality curve to determine a demand forecast for the first item, the demand forecast including a prediction of future sales data for the first item.

Extracted and purified protein is cleaved into a mixture of peptide and then analyzed using mass spectrometry. A weighted de Bruijn graph is constructed for the list of peptide sequences having node weights defined by k?1 mer confidence scores. At least one contig is assembled from the de Bruijn graph by identifying node weights having the highest k?1 mer confidence scores.
