    Abstract: An FI having an in-situ particle detector and a method for particle detection therein are provided. In one aspect, the FI includes a fan, a substrate support, a particle detector, and an exhaust outlet. The fan, substrate support, and particle detector are arranged such that, in operation, the fan directs air towards the exhaust outlet and over a substrate on the substrate support to create laminar flow. The particle detector, positioned downstream from the substrate support and upstream from the exhaust outlet, analyzes the air and detects particle concentration before the particles are exhausted. The collected particle detection data may be combined with data from other sensors in the FI and used to identify the source of particle contamination. The particle detector may also be incorporated into other system components, including but not limited to, a load-lock or buffer chamber to detect particle concentration therein.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to an apparatus and a method for cleaning a processing chamber. In one embodiment, a substrate support cover includes a bulk member coated with a fluoride coating. The substrate support cover is placed on a substrate support disposed in the processing chamber during a cleaning process. The fluoride coating does not react with the cleaning species. The substrate support cover protects the substrate support from reacting with the cleaning species, leading to reduced condensation formed on chamber components, which in turn leads to reduced contamination of the substrate in subsequent processes.

The Turing structure is an ordered pattern composed of microstructures. The existence of the structure enables the semipermeable membrane of this invention to have both high water permeation flux and excellent salt retention performance, which breaks the flux limit value of the semipermeable membrane while ensuring high selective permeability of the membrane. It also has good anti-pollution properties. The preparation method of the invention can be easily integrated into the existing semipermeable membrane production line without further cost input which has far-reaching practical significance and commercial value.

Afterwards, the voltage signals are extracted at two ends of the coil and the temperature signal is obtained by converting, capturing, and integrating to pass the temperature value to the external device, and the temperature value of the non-linear temperature-controlling unit is analyzed to adjust the compensation gain in real time. The smoothly control of speaker temperature and stable playback of the sound signals is played that can be achieved.

    Abstract: A method is described for improving distributed acoustic sensing (DAS) seismic data in order to identify seismic events which includes receiving a DAS seismic dataset recorded by a fiber-optic cable in a borehole drilled through a subsurface volume of interest; identifying a portion of the seismic dataset including random noise with no signal to generate a windowed noise dataset; transforming the windowed noise dataset into a noise power spectrum; training a machine-learning algorithm using the noise power spectrum; using the machine-learning algorithm to remove random noise from the DAS seismic dataset to generate a noise-attenuated seismic dataset; and identifying the seismic events in the noise-attenuated seismic dataset. The method may be executed by a computer system.

The constellation ?n is a coset code in which 2k1 cosets are included and each coset includes 2k2 permutation codewords, where k=k1+k2, and 2k?n(n?1). The present disclosure utilizes the coset characteristics to realize one-to-one correspondence mapping of the binary information sequence set to the permutation code constellation, so that the time complexity of executing the encoder is at most the linear complexity of the code length n.

The basic principle of the decoding method is: assuming that two code elements p(r1)=s1 and p(r2)=s2 can be correctly detected in a received real vector with a length of n, including their element values s1, s2 and position indices r1, r2 in the vector, an intermediate parameter w is determined by solving an equation (r1?r2)w=(s1?s2)(mod n); and each code element is calculated by w according to p(i)=(s1+(n?r1+i)w)(mod n), i=1, 2, . . . , n. The decoder is mainly composed of multiple n-dimensional registers, a w calculator, n code element calculators, and a code element buffer. In the disclosure, in a case where a receiver only correctly detects two code elements in a transmitted codeword with a length of n, the codeword can be correctly decoded by using the received information of the two code elements.
