    Abstract: Provided are a high performance glass fiber composition, and a glass fiber and a composite material thereof. The content, given in weight percentage, of each component of the glass fiber composition is as follows: 52-67% of SiO2, 12-24% of Al2O3, 0.05-4.5% of Sm2O3+Gd2O3, less than 2% of Li2O+Na2O+K2O, 10-24% of CaO+MgO+SrO, less than 16% of CaO, less than 13% of MgO, less than 3% of TiO2, and less than 1.5% of Fe2O3. The composition significantly improves the mechanical properties and the thermal stability of glass, significantly reduces the liquidus temperature and forming temperature of glass, and under equal conditions, significantly reduces the crystallisation rate of glass. The composition is particularly suitable for the tank furnace production of a high performance glass fiber having excellent thermal stability.

    Abstract: A temperature detecting and controlling integration device for the micro speaker is provided. After the filter receives an input signal, the power amplifier adjusts the power amplification, and the multi-frequency detection signal is generated with the waveform generator. The extracted signal is generated to drive the micro speaker to emit a sound signal. Afterwards, the voltage signals are extracted at two ends of the coil and the temperature signal is obtained by converting, capturing, and integrating to pass the temperature value to the external device, and the temperature value of the non-linear temperature-controlling unit is analyzed to adjust the compensation gain in real time. The smoothly control of speaker temperature and stable playback of the sound signals is played that can be achieved.

Under the coaction of the electric field and the current, the ferromagnetic layer close to the barrier layer of the magnetic tunnel junction is switched to write in data. Also, a magnetic random access memory based on a synthetic antiferromagnetic free layer can write in data under the coaction of the electric field and the current, and has advantages such as simple structure, low power consumption, rapid speed, radiation resistant, and non-volatility.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a durable super-hydrophobic fabric and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking a fabric into a mixed solution of tetraethoxysilane and hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane; taking out the fabric and then placing it into a closed container filled with a hydrochloric acid solution and above the liquid level of the hydrochloric acid solution; reacting for 0.5-2 h under the temperature of 30-60 DEG C. to give the durable super-hydrophobic fabric. The fabric prepared according to the invention has a water drop surface static contact angle of more than 150° such that the water drop is easy to roll on the surface of the fabric, and has excellent chemical stability and mechanical durability. In addition, the preparation process is simple and pollution-free.

The combined use of the above-mentioned compounds can effectively reduce the rotational viscosity of the liquid crystal composition, improve related properties of the mixed liquid crystal, and thus reduce the response time thereof. The liquid crystal composition can be used for a fast-response liquid display in a variety of display modes.
