  • Publication number: 20230195960
Abstract: Examples are disclosed relating computer simulation environments that comprise output models producing output data and input models waiting for a portion of output data. One example provides a computing system comprising a scheduler configured to determine if prerequisite data is available for each input model. On condition that the prerequisite data is available, the input model is stepped. The output models and input models are maintained within a predetermined number of steps of each other. A router is configured to, when a selected output model finishes a step, copy the output data from an output buffer of the selected output model and send the output data to an output queue. The output data is stored until a selected input model is ready to step the selected frame. The output data is then copied from the output queue into an input packet buffer of the selected input model.

  • Patent number: 11673626
Abstract: A boat including one or more seats, which may be aft-facing. The seat includes a seat bottom, which may be movable between a first position and a second position. The second position is a position in which the seat bottom is pivoted upwardly relative to the position of the seat bottom in the first position to allow access to a hidden compartment. The seat may also include a leg rest. The leg rest may extend aft of the transom, and may extend in a direction that is at a downward angle relative to the seat bottom. The leg rest may also have a length such that a gap is present between the leg rest and a surface beneath the leg rest.

  • Patent number: 11639495
Abstract: Methods are described herein for isolating clonal populations of T cells having a defined genetic modification. The methods are performed, at least in part, in a microfluidic device comprising one or more sequestration pens. The methods include the steps of: maintaining individual T cells (or precursors thereof) that have undergone a genomic editing process in corresponding sequestration pens of a microfluidic device; expanding the T cells into respective clonal populations of T cells; detecting, in one or more T cells of each clonal population, the absence of a cell surface marker that was present in the individual T cells (or precursors thereof); and detecting, in one or more T cells of each clonal population, the presence of a first nucleic acid sequence that is indicative of the presence of an on-target genome edit in the clonal population of T cells. Also described are compositions comprising one or more clonal populations of T cells isolated according to the methods disclosed herein.

  • Publication number: 20230105220
Abstract: Disclosed are methods, systems, and articles of manufacture for performing a process on biological samples. An analysis of biological samples in multiple regions of interest in a microfluidic device and a timeline correlated with the analysis may be identified. One or more region-of-interest types for the multiple regions of interest may be determined; and multiple characteristics may be determined for the biological samples based at least in part upon the one or more region-of-interest types. Associated data that respectively correspond to the multiple regions of interest in a user interface for at least a portion of the biological samples in the user interface based at least in part upon the multiple identifiers and the timeline. A count of the biological samples in a region of interest may be determined based at least in part upon a class or type of data using a convolutional neural network (CNN).

  • Publication number: 20230068934
Abstract: A casing removal system includes a flow diversion valve. The flow diversion valve includes a flow switch that engages an upper end of an inner casing. When the flow switch engages the upper end of the inner casing, the flow diversion valve opens and at least a portion of the fluid flow through the casing removal system exhausts to the annulus. The remaining fluid flow below the flow diversion valve is insufficient to operate a mud motor that drives a casing cutter. In other embodiments, when the flow switch is not engaged with the inner wall of casing, the flow diversion valve prevents fluid flow to components that are downhole of the valve and when the flow switch is engaged with the inner wall of casing, the flow diversion valve allows for fluid flow to components that are downhole of the valve.

  • Publication number: 20220402465
Abstract: A speed reduction power unit system includes a main power unit operably connected to a vehicle battery and operably connected to a vehicle transmission via a driveshaft. The main power unit includes a primary motor adapted to convert kinetic energy from the transmission to stored electrical potential energy for recharging the vehicle battery. Secondary power units are operably connected to each wheel. Each secondary power unit includes a secondary motor adapted to convert energy to electrical potential energy. The secondary power unit engages to slow the vehicle and generate electrical energy when the vehicle brake is activated. Each secondary power unit is operably connected to the vehicle battery, such that each secondary unit can recharge the vehicle battery. The secondary power units can include internal batteries and may be removable and independently recharged, then reconnected to the system as needed to provide electrical energy to the primary vehicle battery.

  • Publication number: 20220198050
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices are described herein to query data in an entity data database. A query for information about a set of entities is received from a requesting system. The query is in a predefined format and includes search conditions. A querying strategy is determined based on the received query. The entity data database is queried by identifying a set of user records that fulfill a first search condition. A numerical value of the set of user records is next compared to a threshold. Depending on the numerical value, the set of user records is assigned to a first numerical bucket. Depending on the bucket, the numerical value is changed to a second numerical value, which is used to generate an aggregated count value. The aggregated count value is shared with the requesting system.
