  • Patent number: 11212170
Abstract: A service provider network including one or more network nodes such as an integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) node is described herein. The CI/CD node may determine whether a candidate application from a third-party application vendor satisfies one or more onboarding rules of the service provider network. The CI/CD node may identify a message from the candidate application by running one or more node traces based on a call identifier associated with the candidate application. A first portion of the message (e.g., alphanumeric symbols of the header) may be compared to a first string from a particular network standard (e.g., from a publicly available database) and/or a second portion of the message (e.g., a characteristic of the body) may be compared to a second string or a second onboarding rule (e.g., comprising a particular network operator standard) to detect a difference indicating noncompliance with the one or more onboarding rules.

  • Publication number: 20210400512
Abstract: The disclosed technology includes at least one method that enables a user of a wireless mobile device to remotely administer test cases that check the performance of telecommunications network nodes. The method includes authenticating a user for a limited time period in which the user can remotely administer the test cases. While being temporarily authenticated, the user can configure the test cases by associating services or operations with particular nodes. The executed test cases cause the nodes to generate data that indicate performance of the nodes in response to the services or operations. The results can be displayed at the mobile device used to remotely administer the test cases.

  • Publication number: 20210374260
Abstract: A system is configured for managing a plurality of files containing sensitive information associated with an organization to be sent to a particular receiver. The system is further configured to determine whether the particular receiver is an internal receiver or an external receiver with respect to the organization. If the particular receiver is an external receiver, a CRC code generated from the personal information and location coordinates of an external server where the plurality of files will be accessed is added to the plurality of files. A security code is also added to the plurality of files to facilitate that they are secured from being exposed and disposed at a retention time set by the organization. The system generates a custom compressed file from the plurality of files, configures it to be decompressed by the personal information of the external receiver, and sends it to the external receiver.

  • Patent number: 11181970
Abstract: Power consumption by a first host included in a plurality of hosts in a clustered computing system, where each of the hosts executes one or more applications, is managed by detecting that a utilization level of the first host falls below a threshold value and, responsive to the detecting, migrating one or more applications executing on the first host to a second host. After the migration is completed, the first host is caused to consume less power while remaining powered on.

  • Publication number: 20210326235
Abstract: A method and system for time series forecasting are described. Forecasting a time series, though uncertain, has a potential to improve decision-making. It gives a picture of what can probably be expected. A live time series typically has trend and seasonality as its innate characteristic features, randomness being obvious in real-time. Described embodiments address complexity in configuring zero-configuration workflow forecasting methods at production scale. Described embodiments address complexity in configurating domain independent forecasting methods at production scale.

  • Patent number: 11059511
Abstract: A vehicle is able to be set to operate in a factory mode (as opposed to a normal mode) in which certain features are disabled, such as an alarm system, a power liftgate, etc. This allows assembly workers to assemble, test, and calibrate the vehicle without various systems in the vehicle being undesirably activated. While in the factory mode, the vehicle can accomplish multiple ignition on/off cycles while being tested or driven between stations. A steering column and connected steering wheel are provided in the vehicle, and are situated between an instrument panel and a front seat. In response to the ignition completing an on/off cycle, a controller commands a motor to move the steering wheel and steering column to a predetermined position that is based on a visibility of the instrument panel relative to the steering wheel and steering column.

  • Patent number: 11057406
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention provide an approach for providing network intrusion detection and prevention service (NIDPS) capabilities to a microservice in a networked computing environment. In an embodiment, a set of rules for accessing the microservice is retrieved. A NIDPS microservice is created within the environment of the microservice fabric that supports the microservice using the set of rules. The NIDPS microservice is established as a proxy communications destination for communications to the microservice such that communications that are intended for the microservice are instead rerouted to the NIDPS microservice. These communications are filtered by the NIDPS microservice according to the set of rules (e.g., to remove any communications that are determined to be threats).

  • Patent number: 11036785
Abstract: Various methods and systems for providing batch search interfaces that support operations for dynamically generating batch search queries, executing batch search queries, and causing display of batch search query result items are provided. In operation, a batch search query interface for inputting images is generated. An image is received. A first feature and a second feature of the image are detected from the image. A first tag for the first feature and a second tag for the second feature are displayed on the batch search query interface. The tags refer to attributes associated with different features of the image. A batch search query based on the first and second tag is communicated to cause execution of the batch search query to generate search results. A first and second plurality of results associated with the respective tags are simultaneously displayed using feature-tag-specific results display portions of the batch search results interface.
