Abstract: The present disclosure is drawn to pharmaceutical compositions and oral dosage capsules containing testosterone undecanoate, as well as related methods. The capsule includes a capsule shell and a capsule fill. The capsule fill can include a solubilizer and about 14 wt % to about 35 wt % testosterone undecanoate based on the total capsule fill. The oral dosage capsule is such that when a single oral administration to a male subject of one or more capsules with a total testosterone undecanoate daily dose of about 350 mg to about 650 mg it provides a ratio of serum testosterone Cmax to serum testosterone Cave of about 2.7 or less. In yet another embodiment, a method for providing a serum concentration of testosterone within a target serum testosterone concentration Cave range for a male subject is provided.

  • Patent number: 10050852
Abstract: A system and method for synchronous and asynchronous monitoring of network resources is provided. In an example system, an asynchronous monitoring engine is in communication with the network resources and receives asynchronous data from a portion of the network resources. The asynchronous data is collected at an application layer or at an end-user application layer. A synchronous monitoring engine is also in communication with the network resources and accesses synchronous data in the application layer in response to receiving a request from the asynchronous monitoring engine. The system further identifies an anomaly corresponding to the asynchronous characteristic and the synchronous characteristic.

  • Publication number: 20180219683
Abstract: Possessory claims may be verified. When any entity claims to possess an electronic document, a verification scheme may require verification numbers associated with the electronic document. If the correct verification numbers are provided, then a claimant may actually possess the electronic document. However, if the correct verification numbers cannot be provided, then the verification scheme may deny that the claimant has the electronic document.

  • Publication number: 20180218104
Abstract: A compensating initialization module may be automatically inserted into a design to compensate for register retiming which changes the designs behavior under reset. The device configuration circuitry may provide an adjustment sequence length as well as a start signal to the initialization module to properly reset the retimed user logic implemented on the integrated circuit after initial configuration and unfreezing of the integrated circuit. The auto initialization module may control the c-cycle initialization process and indicate to the user logic when c-cycle initialization has completed. The user logic may subsequently begin a user-specified reset sequence. When the user-specified reset sequence ends, the user logic implemented on the integrated circuit may begin normal operations. Additionally, a user reset request may also trigger the auto initialization module to begin a reset process.

  • Publication number: 20180205008
Abstract: Devices are described that include a multi-layered structure that is non-magnetic at room temperature, and which comprises alternating layers of Co and at least one other element E (such as Ga, Ge, and Sn). The composition of this structure is represented by Co1-xEx, with x being in the range from 0.45 to 0.55. The structure is in contact with a first magnetic layer that includes a Heusler compound. An MRAM element may be formed by overlying, in turn, the first magnetic layer with a tunnel barrier, and the tunnel barrier with a second magnetic layer (whose magnetic moment is switchable). Improved performance of the MRAM element may be obtained by placing a pinning layer between the first magnetic layer and the tunnel barrier.
