  • Publication number: 20110208958
Abstract: A cloud infrastructure that communicates with computing devices is provided. The computing devices install filters on other computing devices that they wish to receive items from including pictures, messages, and documents. The filters include criteria that are evaluated on the computing devices, rather than at a server, to determine if an item may be sent to another computing device. The computing devices may then send items that match the criteria to the cloud infrastructure, and the items may be stored and queued for delivery to other computing devices. The items may be encrypted before being provided to the cloud infrastructure, and decrypted when received by the computing devices.

  • Publication number: 20110207484
Abstract: A method to provide a unified and integrated view of the SMS Interaction history with other channel messages (irrespective of the Interaction channel) based on Case ID (Case Identifier) in a CRM application. The method parses the incoming SMS message text for the Case Identifier. The Interaction Thread belonging to the same Case ID is retrieved from the CRM application database and the incoming SMS message is added to that Interaction Thread. The whole interaction history pertaining to the same Case ID is displayed on the CRM application user interface at one place along with latest received massage via SMS along with various other channels of communication in order to enable proper management of the customer interaction. In case there is no Interaction Thread having same Case ID, a new Interaction Thread is created and all subsequent messages are threaded to the new Interaction Thread.

  • Publication number: 20110200054
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for providing local application routing at a Diameter node are disclosed. One method includes receiving, at an ingress Diameter message processor associated with a Diameter signaling router (DSR), a Diameter message from a peer Diameter element. At the ingress Diameter message processor, application routing data is accessed to determine whether processing of the Diameter message by a Diameter application is required. In response to determining that Diameter application processing is required, the Diameter message is forwarded to a Diameter message processor hosting a Diameter application identified by the application routing data for processing. In response to determining that Diameter application processing is not required, the Diameter message is forwarded to an egress Diameter message processor associated with the DSR.

Abstract: A system may include a client and a distributed data manager coupled to the client. The distributed data manager may include a data store storing a data object that includes several sub-elements. The client is configured to update a portion of the data object by sending a message to the distributed data manager. The message specifies one of the sub-elements of the data object to be updated and includes a new value of that sub-element but does not include a new value of the entire data object. The distributed data manager is configured to perform updates to the data object in the data store dependent on which of the sub-elements of the data object are specified by the client.
