    Abstract: A wireless telecommunication system is described that denies wireless telecommunication service to a wireless terminal in a proscribed area (e.g., prison, military installation, academic testing center, school, etc.). The system comprises an adjunct called a “service sentry.” The service sentry uses measurements of the location-dependent traits of the radio signals transmitted to, and received from, each wireless terminal in its purview to generate an estimate of the location of the wireless terminal. When the service sentry estimates that the wireless terminal has entered the proscribed area, it requests that the wireless switching center that services the proscribed area deny service to the wireless terminal. When the service sentry estimates that the wireless terminal has exited the proscribed area, it requests that the wireless switching center that services the proscribed area provide service to the wireless terminal.

    Abstract: Systems or methods of the present disclosure may provide a library including multiple macros that may be pre-compiled prior to implementation of the design. For example, a design may be mapped to one or more macros in the library, and the one or more macros may be placed into and routed between a portion of a region, one region, one or more regions of the integrated circuit device to implement the design. Since the macros may be pre-compiled, compilation time experienced by the designer may correspond to the placement and routing of the one or more macros, which may be less than compilation time for fine-grained operations. The pre-compiled logic within the macros may be set using a lookup table mask to set and/or adjust a functionality of the macro. Additionally or alternatively, the place and route operation may be performed at finer granularities to reduce bottle necks.

The stream signal corresponds to the data and indicates a particular data type of the data. The particular data type can be one of a plurality of different data types capable of being received on the plurality of data lanes of the link.

The export job may be operable to decrypt the data and write the decrypted data to an export storage account in a second cloud environment. The DMS may generate an encrypted download link that is operable to download the decrypted data from the export storage account. The meter assembly emits an ultrasonic beam from the transducer and splits the ultrasonic beam into a first partial beam and a second partial beam. The first partial beam is transmitted over a first path that returns to the electronics assembly, and the second partial beam is transmitted over a second path that returns to the electronics assembly. The first path goes over a first net distance of a measuring channel. The second path goes over a second net distance of the measuring channel. The meter assembly detects the return of the first partial beam and the second partial beam, measures a time difference between the return times, and determines a measurement of a fluid flow through the measuring channel based on the time difference.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes apparatuses and techniques of adaptive PLMN management for varying network conditions. In some aspects, a PLMN manager of a user equipment (UE) searches, as part of a registration procedure, a data repository of PLMN information that includes a PLMN blocked from registration for a duration of time and determines that the PLMN is blocked due to a signal-related condition with a cell of the PLMN (e.g., weak signal). The PLMN manager then determines, during the duration of time, that the signal-related condition between the UE and the cell has improved. In response to the improvement, the PLMN manager unblocks the PLMN before expiration of the duration of time. By so doing, the UE may reattempt registration with the unblocked PLMN at least once before the duration of time expires, which may allow the UE to register more quickly and reestablish network services.
