  • Patent number: 11640391
Abstract: Herein are high throughput techniques for incorporating cryptographic blockchains into relational data. In an embodiment, a computer indicates, in a database dictionary in a database, that a relational table is for blockchain storage. The relational table contains application column(s). In response to that indication, the relational table is associated with system column(s) that are unmodifiable by administrators and clients of the database. The system column(s) include a cryptographic hash column. A request to store a particular value in a particular application column is received from a client. In response to receiving the request, a cryptographic hash value is calculated for a new row for the relational table. In the relational table, the computer stores the new row that contains: the particular value in the particular application column, and the cryptographic hash value in the cryptographic hash column.

  • Publication number: 20230129176
Abstract: A method includes mapping an aging measurement circuit (AMC) into the core fabric of an FPGA and operating the AMC for a select time period. During the select period of time, the AMC counts transition of a signal propagating through the AMC. Timing information based on the counted transitions is stored in a timing model in a memory. The timing information represents an aging characteristic of the core fabric at a time that the AMC is operated. An EDA toolchain uses the timing information in the timing model to generate a timing guard-band for the configurable IC die. The AMC is removed from the core fabric and another circuit device is mapped and fitted into the core fabric using the generated timing guard-band models. The circuit device is operated in the configurable IC die based on the timing guard-band models.

  • Patent number: 11635879
Abstract: Disclosed are mechanisms for sharing content through content consumption systems. A sharing module publishes content in a share and metadata associated therewith to a content consumption system external to a managed repository. The share represents a folder or directory in the managed repository. The publication can be made through application programming interface (API) calls handled by a first sharing module API, a repository API, a second sharing module API, and a content consumption system API. These APIs together provide a one-to-one mapping of communications protocols used by the managed repository and the external system. The share in the managed repository and the share published to the content consumption system are synced and any conflict between the two is detected and resolved. The shared content can be repatriated back to the managed repository and the shared version deleted from the content consumption system.

  • Publication number: 20230123174
Abstract: Examples disclosed herein include are computing device hardware components, computing devices, systems, machine-readable mediums, and interconnect protocols that provide for code object measurement of a peripheral device and a method for accessing the measurements to verify integrity across a computing interconnect (e.g., Peripheral Component Interconnect Express - PCIe). For example, a cryptographic processor of a PCIe endpoint (such as a peripheral) may take a measurement (e.g., computing a hash value) of a code object on the device prior to executing the code object. This measurement may be placed in a register that is accessible to another component, such as a host operating system across a PCIe bus for interrogation. The host operating system may utilize an interconnect protocol, such as a PCIe protocol to access the measurement. These measurements may be consumed by a Trusted Platform Manager or other components of a host system that may verify the measurements.

  • Publication number: 20230111257
Abstract: Disclosed approaches for accumulating pre-carry data include initializing hold sum to a sum of a LSB of the first pre-carry word of an input stream and an MSB of a second pre-carry word by a pre-carry processing circuit. For successive pre-carry words, the LSB of pre-carry word i and the MSB of pre-carry word i+1 are summed into a next sum. An FFcount is incremented by an adder circuit if the LSB of the next sum is equal to 0xFF. If the LSB of the next sum is not equal to 0xFF, the pre-carry processing circuit outputs either: the hold sum followed by FFcount consecutive 0xFF values, if the MSB of the next sum is equal to 0x00, or the hold sum plus one, followed by FFcount consecutive 0x00 values, if the MSB of the next sum is not equal to 0x00. If the LSB of the next sum is not equal to 0xFF, the hold sum is updated with the LSB of the next sum, and the FFcount is reset to 0. Processing repeats for successive pre-carry words in the stream.
