  • Patent number: 8079752
Abstract: The invention relates to a mixer reactor of the rotor-stator type. This mixer reactor comprises a substantially rotationally symmetric housing which has a distributing chamber, a mixing chamber, a front plate that modifies the cross-section of the housing between these two chambers, and there are separate inlets into the mixing chamber for at least two substances and an outlet for removing the mixed material or product. The inlet for the first substance is provided in the axis of rotation of the mixing chamber. Two or more channels are aligned radially outward from this inlet, and the first substance is transported through these channels and into the mixing chamber. The inlet for the at least second substance is constructed in the form of a plurality of openings in the front plate, these inlet openings being are arranged rotationally symmetrically to the axis of rotation. Each of these inlet openings for the at least second substance has a corresponding pin which can be displaced in the axial direction.

  • Publication number: 20110114092
Abstract: The aim of the invention is to improve the moisture resistance of dry powder formulations for inhalation which contain a pharmaceutically ineffective carrier of not-inhalable particle size and a finely divided pharmaceutically active compound of inhalable particle size and to also improve the storage stability of said formulations. To this end, magnesium stearate is used in said formulations. On of the features of the inventive dry powder is that a high fine particle dosage or fine particle fraction can be maintained also under relatively extreme temperature and humidity conditions.

  • Patent number: 7788989
Abstract: A selector fork arrangement for a manual transmission in a motor vehicle is suggested that largely comprises a fork body (1) and carrying element (2,3) that connect the fork body (1) to the control rod (9). Fork body (1) and carrying elements (2, 3) are cut entirely from flat metal and are riveted to one another by means of rivet projections (7, 8, 15), which are themselves formed from the flat metal, and complementary rivet openings in the carrying elements (2, 3). This selector fork arrangement satisfies all requirements in terms of strength and functionality, can be produced and assembled in a simple manner, and does not require any adjustment or finishing processes after assembly and prior to installation in the manual transmission.
