    Abstract: A method of distributing throughput intelligently amongst a plurality of applications residing at a User Equipment (UE) is provided. The method includes receiving, at the UE, recommended bit rate (RBR) information from a network node, the RBR information indicating a throughput value allocated to the UE, allocating a codec rate from the allocated throughput value to at least one voice over internet protocol (VoIP) application from the plurality of applications, and allocating, from remaining throughput value of the allocated throughput value, a bit rate to each of a plurality of non-VoIP applications from the plurality of applications, based on corresponding throughput requirement associated with the plurality of non-VoIP applications.

    Abstract: Hybrid particles having improved electrical conductivity and thermal and chemical stabilities are disclosed. The hybrid particles are for use in conductive pastes. The hybrid particles include a nanoparticle selected from a graphene-containing material, a dichalcogenide material, a conducting polymer, or a combination thereof encapsulated in a conducting metal. The hybrid particles include a nanoparticle selected from a graphene-containing material, a dichalcogenide material, or a combination thereof encapsulated in a conducting polymer, and optionally further in a conducting metal. Suitable conducting metals include nickel or silver. Suitable conducting polymers include polyaniline, polypyrrole, or polythiophene. Suitable dichalcogenide materials include MoS2 or MoSe2. The hybrid particles can further include a conducting polymer layer on an outer surface of the conducting metal. Methods of making the hybrid particles are also disclosed.

    Abstract: An input signal having a logic low level at a first voltage and a logic high level at a second voltage is received by a Schmitt trigger. A voltage generator outputs a reference voltage generated from a third voltage that is higher than the second voltage. A first transistor coupled between the third voltage and a power supply node of the Schmitt trigger is biased by the reference voltage to apply a fourth voltage to the power supply node of the Schmitt trigger that is dependent on the reference voltage. The reference voltage has a value which causes the fourth voltage to be less than or equal to the second voltage. A second transistor coupled between the input signal and the input of the Schmitt trigger circuit is also biased by the reference voltage to control the logic high level voltage of the input signal at the Schmitt trigger.

For example, a first storage controller may host first storage having a replication relationship with second storage hosted by a second storage controller. To improve resiliency against transient network issues of a network between the storage controllers, the first storage controller may implement a queue and retry mechanism to retry replication operations not acknowledge back by the second storage controller within a threshold time. The second storage controller may maintain a cumulative sequence number of a latest replication operation performed in order, an operation response map of replication operations performed out of order, and an operation finder map identifying currently implemented replication operations, which may be used to process incoming replication operations. Single write semantics, write order consistency, and reduction of write amplification may be provided.

In one embodiment, a method includes performing, by a proxy master, a Common Public Radio Interface (CPRI) Layer 1 (L1) link auto-negotiation with a RE to achieve a L1 synchronization between the proxy master and the RE at a link bit rate; communicating the link bit rate from the proxy master to a proxy slave; performing, by the proxy slave, a CPRI L1 link auto-negotiation with a REC to determine whether a L1 synchronization between the proxy slave and the REC is achieved, wherein if the L1 synchronization is achieved, the link bit rate is a common matching link bit rate achieved; and upon the common matching link bit rate being achieved, establishing a CPRI link between the REC and the RE using the common matching link bit rate.
