  • Publication number: 20100011132
Abstract: N_Port_Name information capable of distinctly identifying a host computer has seen set in a microprocessor 42 of a storage controller 40 prior to start-up of host computers 10, 20, 30; upon startup of the host computers 10, 20, 30, when the storage controller 40 receives a frame issued, then the microprocessor 42 operates to perform comparison for determining whether the N_Port_Name information stored in the frame has been already set in the microprocessor 42 and registered to the N_Port_Name list within a control table maintained. When such comparison results in match, then continue execution of processing based on the frame instruction; if comparison results in failure of match, then reject any request.

  • Patent number: 7644716
Abstract: Apparatus for manufacturing a carbonaceous heat source chip, capable of drying an extrusion-molded carbonaceous heat source rod to proper hardness and supplying the same to a heat insulating material-wrapping device. The apparatus includes a hollow pipe that forms a conveying path for transporting the carbonaceous heat source rod continuously extrusion-molded by an extrusion molding machine, to the heat insulating material-wrapping device. The apparatus forms an airflow running through the hollow pipe by means of an air amplifier, and transports the carbonaceous heat source rod while drying the rod by using the airflow.

  • Publication number: 20090301063
Abstract: An ECU corrects a fuel addition interval, based on an amount of change between an exhaust gas temperature at present and a basic exhaust gas temperature obtained when a basic addition interval is set, to reduce the fuel addition interval with an increase in the amount of change in the exhaust gas temperature (steps ST1-ST4). With such correction of the addition interval, when the exhaust gas temperature is increased in a highland region or the like, the fuel addition interval is corrected to be reduced and an fuel addition amount is corrected to be increased according to the increase in the exhaust gas temperature. Thereby, an increase in a temperature at a tip portion of a fuel addition valve can be suppressed, and thus clogging of an ejection hole of the fuel addition valve with deposits can be avoided.

  • Patent number: 7612304
Abstract: In a load measuring mechanism capable of easily adjusting a positional deviation error by means of a positional deviation error adjusting portion, a load receiving portion 3 is connected to a substrate portion 2 by means of parallel link portions 4a, 4b via flexures 5a-5d, a finely deformable portion 2a is provided at an upper portion of the substrate portion 2, and the flexure 5a is coupled with the deformable portion 2a. Positional deviation error adjusting portions 10 are provided on both sides of the substrate portion 2, a base portion 12 of the positional deviation error adjusting portion 10 is connected to a first lever 13 via a fulcrum 15, and the first lever 13 is coupled with a second lever 14 via a flexible portion 16. When a distance between the base portion 12 and the first lever 13 is increased by rotating an adjusting bolt 11, this displacement is transferred to an end 14a of the second lever 14.

  • Patent number: 7607292
Abstract: In a transient state, where the temperature at the distal end of a fuel adding valve enters a high temperature region, an addition amount for preventing clogging is not simply added in accordance with a map, but instead, delay in the rise of the temperature of the fuel adding valve in the transient state is taken into consideration, and the addition amount for preventing clogging is calculated on the basis of the elapsed time after the point in time when the temperature at the distal end of the fuel adding valve enters the distal end high temperature region and the drive state of the engine (for example, the number of rotations of the engine), and thus, addition is carried out (steps ST4 to ST6). Such addition control makes it possible to add an appropriate fuel addition amount for the rise in temperature of the fuel adding valve in the transient state, and thus, wasteful fuel addition is reduced.

  • Patent number: 7600624
Abstract: A power transmission apparatus has an input member rotated by an engine output. First and second clutch sections, respectively, have a plurality of driving clutch discs and a plurality of driven clutch discs. Each driving and driven clutch disc being alternately arranged. First and second output shafts are rotated by driving force transmitted from the first and second clutch sections. Transmission members transmit the driving force from the first and second clutch sections, respectively, to the first and second output shafts. A selecting mechanism selectively presses or separates the driving clutch discs and driven clutch discs, respectively, of the first and second clutch sections against each other. The first and second clutch sections are coaxially arranged with the first and second shafts. The transmission members extend from either side of a group of the first and second clutch sections to the first and second output shafts. The selecting mechanism is arranged between the transmission members.
