    Abstract: A tire includes a tire frame member that has bead portions in which bead cores are embedded in a resin material and side portions that comprise the resin material and are continuous with tire radial direction outer sides of the bead portions, wherein assuming that T1 is a thickness of thick-walled portions of the tire frame member that are adjacent to the tire radial direction outer sides of the bead cores and that T2 is a thickness of the side portions, T1>T2, a thickness of the tire frame member decreases from T1 to T2 between the thick-walled portions and the side portions, and a position at which the thickness of the tire frame member starts to decrease from T1 to T2 is on a tire radial direction outer side of tire radial direction outer ends of rim flanges of a rim on which the bead portions are mounted.

    Abstract: A belt of a tire is configured with two resin-covered cords that are wound in a spiral pattern onto a carcass ply. Each of the resin-covered cords is configured by covering a reinforcing cord with a covering resin, and has a cross-section profile in a tire axial direction that is trapezoidal shape. The belt is configured by winding one of the resin-covered cords with its upper base side at a tire radial direction outer side, and winding the other of the resin-covered cords with its upper base side at the tire radial direction inner side between portions of the one of the resin-covered cords. Thus, join portions that are inclined toward different sides in the tire axial direction are alternately formed at a tire radial direction inner side along the tire axial direction in the belt.

    Abstract: A fuel cell module can prevent excessive extending of crack in a cleavage part when the cleavage part cleaves to reduce internal pressure of the housing that stores the fuel cell stack and can prevent the exposure of a high-voltage part inside of the housing. The fuel cell module includes a fuel cell stack and a housing that stores the fuel cell stack. The housing includes a partition wall, a cleavage part on the partition wall that cleaves when the internal pressure of the housing increases to a predetermined pressure, a high-rigidity part on the partition wall to surround the cleavage part, and a plurality of elongated protrusions on the partition wall outside of the high-rigidity part. The strength of the cleavage part is lower than the elongated protrusions and the strength of the high-rigidity part is higher than the elongated protrusions and can prevent extension of a crack in the cleavage part.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device is manufactured with high mass productivity at low cost. Yield in a manufacturing process of the semiconductor device is improved. An island-shaped metal oxide layer is formed over a substrate, a resin layer is formed over the metal oxide layer to cover an end portion of the metal oxide layer, and the metal oxide layer and the resin layer are separated by light irradiation. After forming the resin layer and before the light irradiation, an insulating layer is formed over the resin layer. For example, the resin layer is formed in an island shape and the insulating layer is formed to cover an end portion of the resin layer. In the case where an adhesive layer is formed over the resin layer, the adhesive layer is preferably formed to be located inward from the end portion of the metal oxide layer.
