  • Patent number: 11392760
Abstract: A method for partially publishing edits to a document is described. A first document including a first cell and a second cell is displayed on first user account on a first computing device and on a second user account. A second document including a linked version of the first cell and a linked version of the second cell is displayed. An edit of the first cell is received from the first user account and an edit of the second cell is received. In response to receiving an indication from the first user account that the edit of the first cell is to be published, the edit of the first cell is made to the linked version of the first cell, while the linked version of the second cell is unchanged so that the content of the linked version of the second cell no longer matches that of the second cell.

  • Publication number: 20220215771
Abstract: According to a first aspect of the invention there is provided a motion generator comprising an effector for applying forces, moments and movements to a payload relative to a surface connected to one or more elongate rigid struts, each strut being connected at one end thereof by a first joint to the effector and being connected at its other end by a second joint to an associated rocker, the rocker having a pivot axis, such that movement of a rocker about the pivot axis leads to movement of the effector, and forces applied to an associated rocker lead to forces being applied to the effector, in which the movement of a rocker and forces applied by the rocker are controlled by an actuator, the actuator being in the form of an elongate belt, cable, rope drive, or linear motor arranged to apply a force to a point on an associated rocker away from the pivot axis of the rocker.

  • Publication number: 20220201545
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for communicating in a network from a first station, having at least one buffer memory for storing data packets to be transmitted for one or more group of logical channels, to a second station. The method performs steps of estimating the status of the at least one buffer memory, adapting a granularity of information included in a buffer status report representative of a buffer memory status where the adapting depends on the number of padding bits in a granted resource and transmitting the buffer status report.

  • Publication number: 20220178609
Abstract: Embodiments provide a method for preventing shutdowns in LNG facilities by removing heavy hydrocarbons from the inlet gas supply. According to an embodiment, there is provided an LNG facility treating pipeline quality natural gas that is contaminated with lubrication oil and low concentrations of heavy hydrocarbons. Due to contamination, the behavior of the pipeline quality natural gas is not properly predicted by thermodynamic modeling. In an embodiment, heavy hydrocarbons are removed by a drain system in a heat exchanger. In an embodiment, heavy hydrocarbons are removed by a treatment bed.

  • Patent number: 11338868
Abstract: A vehicle, comprising: a vehicle body having a rear; and a variable aerodynamic device positioned at the rear of the vehicle body and being moveable between a lowered configuration and a raised configuration, the variable aerodynamic device comprising: a wing divided along its length into a middle region and outer regions to either side of the middle region, the wing having a reduced width within the middle region relative to the outer regions, and the wing forming part of an outer surface of the vehicle body when the variable aerodynamic device is in the lowered configuration and raised from the vehicle body when the variable aerodynamic device is in the raised configuration.

  • Patent number: 11333839
Abstract: Aspects and techniques of the present disclosure relate to a cable sealing structure comprising a cable sealing body including a gel and methods of making anisotropic behavior in cable sealing structures made with a dry silicone gel. In one aspect, various three-dimensional printing techniques are used to make a cable sealing structure that includes a gel. The cable sealing body has a construction that elastically deforms to apply an elastic spring load to the gel. The cable sealing body has a construction with anisotropic deformation characteristics that allows the cable sealing body to be less deformable in one direction than in others. The cable sealing structure can be utilized to seal fiber optic cables more uniformly while limiting the potential of leakage.

  • Patent number: 11314508
Abstract: Technologies that are well-suited for use in size, weight, and power (SWAP)-constrained environments are described herein. A host controller dispatches data processing instructions to hardware acceleration engines (HAEs) of one or more field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) and further dispatches data transfer instructions to a memory controller, such that the HAEs perform processing operations on data stored in local memory devices of the HAEs in parallel with other data being transferred from external memory devices coupled to the FPGA(s) to the local memory devices.

  • Publication number: 20220116428
Abstract: Calls between a customer and an agent often require additional processing of the media in real time. Processing every call in such a manner is often unnecessary and the results deleted or ignored, or prohibited due to a policy for certain calls. Knowing if a call should be processed may be determined too late for the media to be forked. While the customer and agent may engage in the call as a peer-to-peer connection, additional processing requires holding the initial invite long enough, such as with a preservation message, that a session boarder controller may fork the call for subsequent processing without timing out.
