  • Publication number: 20210064817
Abstract: A method for partially publishing edits to a document is described. A first document including a first cell and a second cell is displayed on first user account on a first computing device and on a second user account. A second document including a linked version of the first cell and a linked version of the second cell is displayed. An edit of the first cell is received from the first user account and an edit of the second cell is received. In response to receiving an indication from the first user account that the edit of the first cell is to be published, the edit of the first cell is made to the linked version of the first cell, while the linked version of the second cell is unchanged so that the content of the linked version of the second cell no longer matches that of the second cell.

  • Patent number: 10927551
Abstract: A magnetic attachment assembly for attaching a first object to a second object includes a first and second ferromagnetic devices possessing an attractive magnetic property pulling each toward one another. The first ferromagnetic device is attached to the first object and an adhesive layer on the second ferromagnetic device is for attaching the second ferromagnetic device to the second object. A removable separator is initially positioned intermediate the first ferromagnetic device and the second ferromagnetic device and is frictionally held in place prior to attachment of the second ferromagnetic device to the second object. During installation, the user pushes the attachment assembly onto the second object, pulls the first ferromagnetic device away from the second ferromagnetic device, removes the separator, and then pushes the first ferromagnetic device back to the second ferromagnetic device thereby attaching the first object to the second object.

  • Publication number: 20210037339
Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for a high precision geofence system. An external location device providing high-accuracy location data is used in conjunction with a client device. The external location device includes components to provide high-accuracy location data, such as a higher quality and more robust antenna than what is included in current client devices. The antenna and other components may be purpose built to determine a geographic location of the external location device, such as by being designed specifically for the sole purpose of accepting Global Positioning System signals. By limiting the components included in the external location device to those used for its primary purpose of determining its geographic location, the size and cost of the external location device can be minimized. Accordingly, the external location device may be designed to be attached/affixed to a client device or easily carried by a user.

  • Patent number: 10675071
Abstract: Systems and methods for bone fixation using a plate straddled by a retainer. In an exemplary system, the plate may be an elongated plate configured to be disposed longitudinally on a bone. The retainer may have a body interconnecting a pair of mounting regions. The body may define a recess, and each mounting region may define a first aperture and a second aperture. The retainer may be configured to be mated with the plate to position a section of the plate in the recess such that the retainer straddles the plate. The first apertures may be configured to define through-axes that are tangential to the bone, to enable use with a line including wire and/or cable, and each second aperture may be configured to define a through-axis that extends through opposite sides of the bone while avoiding a medullary canal thereof, to enable use with a threaded fastener.
