  • Patent number: 10490302
Abstract: The system and method utilizes a computer system having processors that receive quantitative data from users and generate data to facilitate prioritization and reduction of barriers that prevent patients from receiving medical therapies from a particular healthcare provider in rank order. The processors provide an initial rank order of potential barriers based on calculated correlation coefficient, and determine a subsequent rank order of potential barriers based on the calculated correlation coefficient and other data indicative of the effect of each barrier on the patients. The system and method provides for a systematic, data-driven, and validated process to improve patient access to healthcare providers.

  • Publication number: 20190339822
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to managing and sharing contextually-relevant media content. In some embodiments, a device receives an input, and in response, displays a suggested collection of media items for sharing with a recipient, wherein the collection is relevant to a message conversation with the recipient. Subsequent to displaying the suggested collection, the device transmits a message to the recipient as part of the message conversation that provides access to the at least a portion of the suggested collection of media items. In some embodiments, a device receives an indication, from an external device, that a first user has shared a first collection of media items with a second user. Subsequent to receiving the indication that the first user has shared the first collection of media items with the second user, the device outputs a prompt to share, with the first user, one or more suggested media items.

  • Publication number: 20190194336
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to humanized antibodies that specifically bind to IL-1R3 or a fragment or derivative thereof or a polypeptide that contains at least a portion of said antibody that is sufficient to confer IL-1R3 binding specificity. Said antibodies inhibit IL-1R3 induced NFkB activity. They also inhibit IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-33, and/or IL-36 stimulated NFkB activity. The disclosure further relates to use of said humanized antibody in the treatment of an IL-1R3 mediated disease such as cancer. The disclosure finally encompasses a pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a therapeutically effective amount of the antibody according to the invention. The pharmaceutical composition can be used in treating a IL-1R3 mediated disease such as cancer.

  • Publication number: 20190139731
Abstract: A manual opening assembly includes a manual actuator assembly. The manual actuator assembly includes a handle assembly and a number of operating levers. The handle assembly includes a handle member structured to be movably coupled to a circuit breaker housing assembly and to move between an operating position and an opening position. The handle member is operatively coupled to the number of operating levers. The number of operating levers are movably coupled to a circuit breaker housing assembly. The operating levers are structured to move between an operating position, wherein the operating levers do not operatively engage a linkage assembly, and an opening position, wherein the operating levers operatively engage the linkage assembly and move the linkage assembly from a closed, second configuration to an open, first configuration.

  • Patent number: 9863118
Abstract: A mining machine such as a mining shovel includes a digging assembly having an upward extending boom and a dipper assembly generally horizontally supported by the boom and configured to crowd toward and retract from a vertical bank at a mine site. To determine if the dipper assembly strikes the bank, an electronic controller can calculate a calculated crowd force based in part on a crowd motor torque associated with a crowd motor, a crowd speed of the dipper assembly, and an inertia parameter. If the calculated crowd force exceeds a predetermined first crowd threshold, the electronic controller can register an impact event. In further aspects, the electronic controller can execute a force modification function to modify the crowding forces and a speed reduction function to reduce the crowd speed.

  • Patent number: 9841235
Abstract: In a substrate treatment process, substrates are moved by a transporting device in a transporting direction through a substrate treatment installation having a number of chambers. The substrates are moved by transporting sections of the transporting device driven independently of one another. The transporting sections are driven such that, if substrates dwell temporarily in the transporting section, they are moved back and forth. Stresses in a substrate brought about by differing inputs of heat as a result of both process-induced and malfunction-induced dwell times of the substrate in a chamber are reduced by compensating within the chamber for a structurally brought about input of heat into the substrate, varying periodically over the length of the chamber, during temporary dwelling of the substrate in the chamber by moving the substrate back and forth over at least one period of the heat input by a change of the transporting direction.
