  • Publication number: 20240281300
Abstract: An initiating processing tile generates an offload request that may include a processing tile ID, source data needed for the computation, program counter, and destination location where the computation result is stored. The offload processing tile may execute the offloaded computation. Alternatively, the offload processing tile may deny the offload request based on congestion criteria. The congestion criteria may include a processing workload measure, whether a resource needed to perform the computation is available, and an offload request buffer fullness. In an embodiment, the denial message that is returned to the initiating processing tile may include the data needed to perform the computation (read from the local memory of the offload processing tile). Returning the data with the denial message results in the same inter-processing tile traffic that would occur if no attempt to offload the computation were initiated.

  • Publication number: 20240278926
Abstract: A trajectory planning system for a refueling boom includes a human-machine interface (“HMI”) device and an electronic control unit (“ECU”). The HMI device outputs electronic control signals, in response to which the ECU performs a method. The ECU accesses a three-dimensional (“3D”) boundary model of the receiver and a 3D model of the boom. The ECU calculates a boom-to-receiver relative position using the models and sensor data, and a planned trajectory between a boom tip and a receptacle on the receiver. The trajectory is calculated using the boom-to-receiver relative position and predictive artificial potential fields. A point is found on a baseline trajectory farthest from a straight line between the receptacle and boom tip, which is recorded as a temporary goal. The planned trajectory avoids contact between the boom and receiver features. The ECU executes a control action using the planned trajectory.

  • Publication number: 20240274432
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to removing a photoresist in semiconductor processing, and more particularly, to a cyclic etch-ash process for removing a photoresist that may be integrated into an etch process and/or etch processing tool. In an example, while a semiconductor substrate is disposed within a chamber of a semiconductor processing tool, a first opening is etched through a first dielectric layer while a photoresist is disposed over the first dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer is disposed over a second dielectric layer, and the second dielectric layer is disposed over the semiconductor substrate. After etching the first opening and while the semiconductor substrate is within the chamber, the photoresist is removed including performing a cyclic etch-ash process.

  • Publication number: 20240256153
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to memory page access instrumentation for generating a memory access profile. The memory access profile may be used to co-locate data near the processing unit that accesses the data, reducing memory access energy by minimizing distances to access data that is co-located with a different processing unit (i.e., remote data). Execution thread arrays and memory pages for execution of a program are partitioned across multiple processing units. The partitions are then each mapped to a specific processing unit to minimize inter-partition traffic given the processing unit physical topology.

  • Publication number: 20240252046
Abstract: A non-invasive electronic patient monitor tracks one or more physiological parameters of a patient, such as intravascular volume index (IVI), extravascular volume index (EVI), total hemoglobin (SpHb), impedance, and/or weight. The patient monitor determines if one or more of the physiological parameters are within a predetermined range. • Patent number: 12051582
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments may deploy a valve that introduces a sample of a calibrant coaxially with flow exiting a source of a mobile phase flow, such as a liquid chromatography (LC) column, on a path to an ion source for the mass spectrometer (MS). The valve may be positioned remotely on a branch that has a junction with the path leading form the source of the mobile phase flow to the ion source. Alternatively, the valve may be positioned in line on the flow path from the source of the mobile phase flow to the ion source of the MS. A novel five port valve design may be employed. With this valve design, a first position of the valve allows a sample loop for the calibrant to be filled. In a second position, the calibrant is added coaxially to the flow from the source of the mobile phase to the MS. In a third position of the valve, diversion of or infusion to a post-source flow is enabled.
