  • Patent number: 9827961
Abstract: A method is provided for detecting a fault condition in a hydraulic brake system of a vehicle having a first hydraulic brake circuit and a second hydraulic brake circuit. A correlation ratio is determined between a measured pressure and the actual vehicle acceleration. A first wheel velocity differential is determined and a second wheel velocity differential is determined. A weighting value is selected in response to determining whether the correlation ratio is within the predetermined range and whether the first wheel velocity differential and the second wheel velocity differential are opposite signs. The selected weighting value is added to a fault counter. A determination is made whether the fault counter is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold. A fault condition is detected in response to the fault counter greater than or equal to the first predetermined threshold.

  • Publication number: 20170265883
Abstract: A device comprises a retractable shaft; a shaft biasing spring; and an actuator button. The retractable shaft is biased away from the actuator button by the shaft biasing spring. A magnetic attracting force is created between the retractable shaft and the actuator button upon actuation of the actuator button. Before actuation, a distance between the actuator button and the retractable shaft is great enough that the magnetic attracting force is less than a biasing force of the shaft biasing spring such that the retractable shaft is biased away from the actuator button. Upon actuation, the actuator button is depressed to make the distance between the actuator button and the retractable shaft sufficiently small such that the magnetic attracting force is greater than the biasing force of the shaft biasing spring to allow the retractable shaft to be biased towards the actuator button.

Abstract: In certain example embodiments, a system and/or method of guiding transitions between therapy modes in connection with the treatment and/or diagnosis of a patient for a respiratory disorder is/are provided. Respiratory disorder treatment according to a first therapy mode is provided. Input indicating a second therapy mode to be transitioned to following provision of the first therapy mode is received, with the second therapy mode being different from the first therapy mode. At least one default treatment parameter suitable for the second therapy mode is assigned or calculated. • Patent number: 9582410
Abstract: A method is provided for testing a computer system, which system includes an interface supporting connection to one or more hardware devices. The method comprises initially performing a plurality of discrete software test processes in a first order of performance. For each test process, by reference to the said interface, the hardware device interactions occasioned by each said test process are recorded. Subsequently the said test processes are run in a second order of performance, which second order is derived from the record of hardware device interactions. A computer system configured to implement the method is also provided.

Abstract: An electrical testing system is adapted to perform electrical tests on devices fabricated on successive frames of a web of substrate, each frame including a plurality of fiducial marks. A digital imaging system captures a digital image of a frame, which is analyzed to determine spatial relationships between positions of a set of test pads and positions of the fiducial marks. The frame is advanced to an electrical test fixture which includes a set of test probes adapted to make electrical contact with the test pads. A fiducial sensing system including a plurality of fiducial sensors determines positions of the fiducial marks. The position of the electrical test fixture is adjusted responsive to the determined spatial relationships and the determined fiducial mark positions so that the test probes are aligned with corresponding test pads, and an electrical test of the device is performed.

  • Patent number: 9041297
Abstract: Sensors and lighting components are provided that are capable of matching an emitted color to a color observed at a remote location. The sensor measures a light characteristic at a first location, and provides data to a remote lighting component, such as via a wireless connection. The lighting component is configured to emit light based upon the light characteristic, and thus is able to match an observed lighting condition. The lighting component may match the color, intensity, temperature, pattern, texture, or other characteristic of light at a remote location.
