  • Patent number: 10303787
Abstract: Systems and methods that enable removal of data from an endpoint, while not propagating such removal to other endpoints when synchronizing data sources associated therewith. A designation component can indicate items as forgotten items, wherein such items are being known to an endpoint and deleted therefrom—yet, reintroduced therein and reappearing (e.g., as a create) upon re-synchronizing with the replica over again. Moreover, the forgotten items can employ additional metadata such as in from of an additional bit that indicates whether an item is a forgotten item.

  • Patent number: 10295093
Abstract: Apparatus and method for mechanically attached connections of conduits may include a conduit gripping member, a drive member, and a seal member, the drive member causing axial movement of the conduit gripping member to indent into an outer surface of the conduit when the assembly is pulled-up, the drive member causing the seal member to form a zero clearance seal at a location that is axially spaced from the conduit gripping member. The zero clearance seal may comprise a face seal arrangement including a gasket, and the conduit gripping member may be a ferrule, ring or other device that can grip and optionally seal against the conduit outer surface. The assembly may include a sensing function for detecting or sensing a characteristic or condition of an assembly component or the fluid or both. In one embodiment, a body coupling member has a two piece construction of a main body and a conduit socket insert. A flared fitting embodiment is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20190136562
Abstract: A tool designed to remove and prevent the buildup of dirt and calcium, as well as hard watermarks on pool tile. The tool includes a 180-degree swivel pole mount handle that attaches to an extendable pole. The tool may include an adjustable arm to allow the scrubbing surface to reach around the edge of the pool and beneath to the tile border along the waterline. The scrubbing surface may include a plate mounted on a swivel (pivotable) with interchangeable scrubbing attachments. The tool may include at last one non-marking caster wheel to allow the tool to be rolled along the deck of the pool without causing any damage. When operated, the tool allows a user to stand upright, rolling the tool along the deck of the pool while the adjustable arm reaches below the deck to bring the scrubbing surface into contact with the tile border along the water line.

  • Publication number: 20190130595
Abstract: A method of determining at least one of position and attitude in relation to an object is provided. The method includes capturing at least two images of the object with at least one camera. Each image is captured at a different position in relation to the object. The images are converted to edge images. The edge images of the object are converted into three-dimensional edge images of the object using positions of where the at least two images were captured. Overlap edge pixels in the at least two three-dimensional edge images are located to identify overlap points. A three dimensional edge candidate point image of the identified overlapped points in an evidence grid is built. The three dimensional candidate edge image in the evidence grid is compared with a model of the object to determine at least one of a then current position and attitude in relation to the object.

  • Patent number: 10201278
Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting biometrics using a life detecting radar are disclosed. Life detecting radars can include transmit antennas configured to transmit continuous microwave (“CW”) radio signals that reflect back upon making contact with various objects. The signal can be systematically varied in frequency to provide a signal that is essentially continuous with short gaps between transmissions at different frequencies. The reflected return signals are received by one or more receive antennas and processed to detect one or more targets. The received signal can include a static (i.e. constant phase) signal corresponding to reflections from objects that do not move. The received signal can also include a phase varying signal that corresponds to reflections from a living target having measurable biometrics including (but not limited to) breathing patterns and heartbeats. Clutter can be removed and the remaining portions of the received signal are analyzed for target detection.
