  • Patent number: 11928095
Abstract: Example embodiments relate to a system to generate and cause display of a specially configured graphical user interface to receive and present collections of images. According to certain example embodiments, an image analysis system: receives an image file from a client device; generates a hash value based on the image file; performs a comparison of the hash value with a list that comprises a collection of hash values; identifies a match to the hash value among the collection of hash values; assigns a label to the image file in response to identifying the match among the collection of image files from the list; and indexes the image file at a memory location identified by the label assigned to the image file.

  • Patent number: 11927472
Abstract: Modular storage systems include load sensors disposed beneath or in association with platforms. The load sensors are pulse-sampled for signals corresponding to loads at time intervals, rather than continuously, in order to conserve electrical power. An item associated with a transaction is identified based on a change in the loads, as determined from the pulse-sampled signals. The platforms are aligned at horizontal or non-horizontal angles, and photovoltaic power sources with banks of photovoltaic cells are mounted to front edges of the platforms. When a user reaches over one of the photovoltaic cells to access an item on a platform, a level of power or voltage generated by the photovoltaic cell is diminished. The item closest to the photovoltaic cell having the diminished power or voltage, or a customer that accessed the item, may be identified accordingly.

  • Patent number: 11921211
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure are drawn to apparatuses and methods for a rotating optical reflector. Optical systems may have a limited field of view, and so in order to expand the area that the optical system collects data from, the field of view of the optical system may be scanned across a target area. The present disclosure is directed to a rotating optical reflector, which includes a transmissive layer which refracts light onto a reflective layer, which has a normal which is not parallel to the axis about which the optical reflector is rotated. The optical reflector may be both statically and dynamically balanced, which may allow an increased size of the optical reflector, which in turn may increase the aperture of an optical system (e.g., a lidar system) using the rotating optical reflector.

  • Patent number: 11835341
Abstract: A system for integrity monitoring comprises a processor onboard a vehicle, a terrain map database, vision sensors, and inertial sensors. Each vision sensor has an overlapping FOV with at least one other vision sensor. The processor performs integrity monitoring of kinematic states of the vehicle, and comprises a plurality of first level filter sets, each including multiple position PDF filters. A consistency monitor is coupled to each first level filter set. Second level filter sets, each including multiple position PDF filters and a navigation filter, are coupled to the consistency monitor, the map database, the vision sensors, and the inertial sensors. Consistency check modules are each coupled to a respective second level filter set. A third level fusion filter is coupled to each of the consistency check modules. An integrity monitor is coupled to the fusion filter and assures integrity of a final estimate of the vehicle kinematic state statistics.

  • Publication number: 20230338839
Abstract: The technology described in this application relates to a system and method for using an API for a video game application where the data from the API can be used in various processes and sub-processes. For example, the technology allows a system to create a tournament for a game (e.g., a multiplayer first person shooter game) where data obtained via an API can be used for measuring player participating in the tournament. The technology described herein can also utilize a technique for continuously making API calls without the risk of the API system denying a request (e.g., due to too many frequent API call attempts, due to too many requests made from a single network address).
