  • Patent number: 11402376
Abstract: In one embodiment, the present invention includes a system for detecting a target analyte which includes a microfluidic device having least one microfluidic channel with a binding surface positioned in the microfluidic channel with further include a first electrode and a second electrode. The system may further include a detector and a voltage supply. Also included is a method to detect a target analyte using a described microfluidics device, introducing solution with a target analyte to a binding surface, and binding the target analyte to the binding surface by applying an electrical potential between the first and second electrodes during at least a portion of the binding step, which enhances the rate of binding of the target analyte molecules to the binding molecules. The method then includes the steps of detecting a reporter molecule which corresponds to the amount of the bound target analyte molecules, which correlates with the amount of target analyte in the original sample.

  • Patent number: 11374984
Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, providing a request associated with a call session to a server, wherein the request includes capability information associated with user equipment. A codec is identified according to the capability information to obtain an identified codec, which facilitates media service to the user equipment. The media service is accessed from a media resource function, which in turn, is accessed by the server responsive to the identified codec. An operable resource identifier is identified responsive to a search of a codec table, wherein the server accesses the operable resource identifier associated with the media resource function from a domain name server responsive to the resource identifier not being available at the codec table. Other embodiments are disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11350682
Abstract: A protective padding section includes an upper layer, an opposing lower layer and a repeating array of cushioning regions disposed between, and continuously bonded to, the upper layer and the lower layer. Each cushioning region has a same first cushion thickness. A repeating array of apertures is disposed between the cushioning regions and each aperture extends through the padding section. The padding section has a first thickness and a first width and upon application of a force, the padding section expands in width from the first width to a second width greater than the first width and when the application of force is removed, the width of the padding section contracts to the first width.

  • Publication number: 20220164679
Abstract: An unsupervised multi-hop search across a corpus of documents in a database or other data resource permits the identification of relationships between two entities mentioned in the corpus in cases where the two entities are not co-mentioned within any documents in the corpus (or not mentioned within document(s) with sufficient frequency or proximity to infer the relationship). The search can employ a beam search algorithm anchored by word embeddings and an A* graph traversal to calculate semantic distance between the entities as different paths through the corpus for different entity co-mentions are evaluated.

  • Publication number: 20220143822
Abstract: A method, system and computer product for training a control input system involve taking an integral of an output value from a Motion Decision Neural Network for one or more movable joints to generate an integrated output value and generating a subsequent output value using a machine learning algorithm that includes a sensor value and a previous joint position if the integrated output value does not at least meet the threshold. Surface damping interactions with at least a simulated environment, a rigid body position and a position of the one or more movable joints based on an integral of the subsequent output value are simulated. • Publication number: 20220148247
Abstract: Computer animation involving pose disambiguation is disclosed. Two or more source segmentation masks are generated from corresponding contemporaneous video images of a character from different points of view. A three-dimensional model of an animation character corresponding to the character in the two or more contemporaneous video images is generated. Two or more different target segmentation masks corresponding to different views of the animation character corresponding to the character in the two or more video images. Each target segmentation mask is compared to a corresponding source segmentation mask from the comparison it is determined whether a pose of the three-dimensional model corresponds to a pose of the character in the video images. The model is used to generate a frame of animation of the animated character when the pose of model corresponds to the pose of the character in the video images.

  • Publication number: 20220149888
Abstract: Embodiments for port reconfiguration for passive intermodulation interference mitigation are presented herein. A base station device comprises a signal processing component comprising a passive intermodulation interference component and an antenna configuration component. The passive intermodulation interference component determines passive intermodulation interference corresponding to uplink signals that have been received, via a configurable cellular antenna array of the base station device, from respective wireless devices of a group of wireless devices that have been communicatively coupled to the base station device. The antenna configuration component selects a defined configuration of a group of cellular antenna ports of the configurable cellular antenna array to facilitate a reduction of the passive intermodulation interference corresponding to the uplink signals.

  • Patent number: 11323382
Abstract: A network device may receive traffic to be processed by a routing component, and may determine temperatures of an ASIC and an HBM of the routing component at a first time. The network device may determine whether the temperature of the ASIC satisfies a first ASIC temperature threshold or a second ASIC temperature threshold, and may determine whether the temperature of the HBM satisfies a first HBM temperature threshold or a second HBM temperature threshold. The network device may selectively throttle processing of the traffic by a first quantity when the temperature of the ASIC satisfies the first ASIC temperature threshold or the temperature of the HBM satisfies the first HBM temperature threshold, or throttle the processing of the traffic by a second quantity when the temperature of the ASIC satisfies the second ASIC temperature threshold or the temperature of the HBM satisfies the second HBM temperature threshold.
