  • Publication number: 20260132461
Abstract: A molecular marker associated with immune parameters in yaks and use thereof in breeding are provided. A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) molecular marker associated with immune traits in yaks is identified through screening. The SNP molecular marker is located at position 26593056 on chromosome 3 of the yak reference genome version LU_Bosgru_v3.0, and a nucleotide at the position is G or A. The SNP molecular marker is utilized to quantify levels of immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin G, and immunoglobulin M in a yak individual, providing a novel SNP molecular marker resource for non-diagnostic, marker-assisted selection of immune traits in yaks, thereby providing a basis for breeding yaks with enhanced immune competence.

Abstract: A molecular marker related to immune traits used as marker-assisted selection for yaks and a use thereof are provided. A SNP locus related to immune traits in yaks is located at base 163,688,148 on chromosome 1 of the yak genome assembly LU_Bosgru_v3.0. The method for detecting immune traits in yaks using a SNP locus and a molecular marker based on the locus has the advantages of high accuracy, fast detection speed, low cost, and easy result judgment compared with the traditional detection method. A new SNP molecular marker resource is provided for marker-assisted selection for immune traits in yaks for non-diagnostic purposes.

  • Publication number: 20250188418
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of gene engineering, and in particular, to use of miR-22-3p in promoting the differentiation of yak myoblasts. miR-22-3pmimic can significantly promote the expression of miR-22-3p, and can also significantly increase the expression of differentiation marker genes MYF5 and MYOD at the mRNA and protein levels. miR-22-3p inhibitor can significantly inhibit the expression of miR-22-3p, and can significantly promote the expression of MYF5 and MYOD at the mRNA and protein levels. miR-22-3p mimic can significantly promote the formation of myotubes, while miR-22-3p inhibitor can significantly inhibit the formation of myotubes. The above results indicate that miR-22-3p has a promoting effect in the differentiation process of myoblasts.

  • Patent number: 11467192
Abstract: A microelectronic device has a common terminal transistor with two or more channels, and sense transistors in corresponding areas of the channels. The channels and the sense transistors share a common node in a semiconductor substrate. The sense transistors are configured to provide sense currents that are representative of currents through the corresponding channels. The sense transistors are located so that a ratio of the channel currents to the corresponding sense currents is less than a target value of cross-talk. The microelectronic device may be implemented without a compensation circuit which provides a compensation signal used to adjust one or more of the sense currents to reduce cross-talk. A method of forming the microelectronic device, including estimating a potential distribution in the semiconductor substrate containing the common node of the common terminal transistor, and selecting locations for the sense transistors based on the estimated potential distribution, is disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11152947
Abstract: A phase-locked loop (PLL) performs hitless switching from a first reference clock (ref1) to a second reference clock (ref2) by entering holdover mode (418), and aligning the feedback clock (fbclk) to the second reference clock while in holdover mode. The alignment is performed by adjusting a divisor input (D) for the multi-mode divider (128) that divides the output clock frequency (PLLout) to generate the feedback clock. • Patent number: 11079723
Abstract: A time-to-digital converter obtains a Start signal to indicate the start of an event, and a Stop signal whose assertion indicates the stop of the event. The Stop signal can be asserted multiple times due to false indications of the event stop. The TDC continuously monitors the Stop signal to generate a separate digital value for the duration from the event's starting time to each assertion of the Stop signal. The digital values can be analyzed to select the true duration of the event. Other features and embodiments are also provided.
