    Abstract: A shower apparatus includes a pivotable member and a main body having a receiving space, an inlet communicating with the receiving space, and a first outlet. A first communicating hole is located at a connection site between the receiving space and the inlet in the main body. The pivotable member is pivotally connected to the main body and is manipulated to pivot relative to the main body and includes a pivotal axle disposed in the receiving space and a second outlet. When the pivotable member is pivoted relative to the main body, the pivotal axle is simultaneously pivoted in the same direction in the receiving space. The pivotal axle has a tube body, an isolating member, a second communicating hole, and a third communicating hole. The isolating member is fixed in the tube body to divide an inner space of the tube body separately into a first flow channel and a second flow channel.

    Abstract: A vapor/liquid condensation system includes a condensation unit and an evaporation unit. The condensation unit is connected with the evaporation unit via conduits. The evaporation unit has a liquid inlet, a vapor outlet and an evaporation chamber in communication with each other. The evaporation unit converts liquid-phase working fluid into vapor-phase working fluid, which spreads to the condensation unit. The condensation unit cools and condenses the vapor-phase working fluid into liquid-phase working fluid, which goes back the evaporation unit. After the vapor-phase working fluid enters the condensation unit, the vapor-phase working fluid is distributed and condensed into liquid-phase working fluid. Then the liquid-phase working fluid is collected and then goes back to the evaporation unit. The length of the pipeline is shortened and the pipeline pressure is lowered to avoid interruption of heat dissipation circulation and failure in heat dissipation.

    Abstract: A fabricating method of transistors includes providing a substrate with numerous transistors thereon. Each of the transistors includes a gate structure. A gap is disposed between gate structures adjacent to each other. Later, a protective layer and a first dielectric layer are formed in sequence to cover the substrate and the transistors and to fill in the gap. Next, numerous buffering particles are formed to contact the first dielectric layer. The buffering particles do not contact each other. Subsequently, a second dielectric layer is formed to cover the buffering particles. After that, a first planarization process is performed to remove part of the first dielectric layer, part of the second dielectric layer and buffering particles by taking the protective layer as a stop layer, wherein a removing rate of the second dielectric layer is greater than a removing rate of the buffering particles during the first planarization process.
