A method according to the present disclosure includes forming a first wafer including a plurality of electronic integrated circuits (EICs), forming a second wafer including a plurality of photonic integrated circuits (PICs), bonding the first wafer to the second wafer to form a first stacked wafer. The bonding of the first wafer to the second wafer includes vertically aligning each of the plurality of the EICs with one of the plurality of the PICs.

Abstract: A cabinet with anti-condensation mechanism is used to control opening and closing a cabinet door of the cabinet. The cabinet includes a control module, a temperature control module, and a locking module. The control module senses a cabinet-inside temperature inside the cabinet, and senses cabinet-outside temperature and a cabinet-outside humidity outside the cabinet to generate a dew-point threshold value. The temperature control module is used to adjust the cabinet-inside temperature. The locking module is used to lock the cabinet door or unlock the cabinet door. The control module controls the locking module according to the cabinet-inside temperature and the dew-point threshold value, and controls the temperature control module to adjust the cabinet-inside temperature to be greater than or equal to the dew-point threshold value when the control module receives a trigger signal.

Abstract: A data processing system includes a storage medium, and a controller including a data processing block, configured to receive data from a host, transmit the received data to the storage medium, read data from the storage medium in response to a read request from the host, and decode the read data by the data processing block according to multiple decoding modes. The data processing block includes a first decoder and a second decoder, and is configured to manage the first decoder and the second decoder to run the decoding for the read data, and activate a fast decoding having shorter latency than a normal decoding after a fast decoding condition is satisfied.

Abstract: A vehicle rearview warning system has a rearview-mirror monitor, a front image-capturing device outputting a front driving image, a rear image-capturing device outputting a rear driving image, and an edge computing device signally connected to the rearview-mirror monitor, the front image-capturing device, and the rear image-capturing device. The edge computing device receives the front driving image and the rear driving image respectively, recognizes a vehicle object from the front driving image or the rear driving image, and determines whether to activate the rearview-mirror monitor to display a warning image according to the vehicle object.

Abstract: A molding apparatus is configured for molding a semiconductor device and includes a lower mold and an upper mold. The lower mold is configured to carry the semiconductor device. The upper mold is disposed above the lower mold for receiving the semiconductor device and includes a mold part and a dynamic part. The water absorption tube is sheathed in the tubular loop electrode, a water inlet channel is formed between the water absorption tube and the tubular loop electrode. An end part, away from the handle, of the tubular loop electrode is provided with at least one water outlet hole. The effluent flow guiding component is correspondingly installed at the water outlet hole, and sealed and connected on an outer wall of the tubular loop electrode. A water injecting channel is formed between the effluent flow guiding component and the tubular loop electrode. The plasma operation electrode for the otolaryngology department has a good flow guiding effect to normal saline, and high in reliability and safety.

Abstract: A system for establishing a model for cardiac ventricular hypertrophy (VH) screening includes a storage and a processor. The storage stores multiple pieces of subject data respectively associated with multiple subjects. Each of the pieces of subject data contains a basic physiological parameter group, an electrocardiographic parameter group, and an actual VH condition that corresponds to a left or right ventricle of the subject associated with the piece of subject data. The processor is electrically connected to the storage, splits the pieces of subject data into a training set and a test set, and establishes the model for VH screening based on the pieces of subject data in the training set by using machine learning techniques.
