  • Publication number: 20090021964
Abstract: A modularized active power filter includes a control module and at least one power module. The control module automatically identifies the number of the parallel connected power modules and generates one set of PWM signals to correspondingly control the parallel connected power modules, so as to provide a final compensation current by single power module or plural power modules. Thereby, the compensation demand of a load is met. Consequently, the modularized active power filter is able to improve the flexibility of compensation capacity, shorten the time for service, be suitable for mass production, and lower the manufacturing cost.

  • Patent number: 7443210
Abstract: A transmission circuit includes a first-stage circuit, a second-stage circuit, a negative active feedback circuit and a current buffer. The first-stage circuit includes at least an active MOS device for receiving an input voltage and issuing a first voltage signal. The active MOS device has an inductive feature during operation in a high frequency mode to compensate the first voltage signal. In response to the first voltage signal, the second-stage circuit outputs a first output voltage. The negative active feedback circuit may enhance the bandwidth of the first output voltage. The current buffer may enhance the gain value of the first output voltage. A second voltage signal is issued from the first-stage circuit and compensated by the first output voltage transmitted from the current buffer to enhance the bandwidth and the gain value thereof. In response to the compensated second voltage signal, the second-stage circuit outputs a second output voltage.

  • Patent number: 7408545
Abstract: With an image-based rendering (IBR) system based on linear interpolated concentric mosaics, an observer is able to wander through a real or synthesized scene and have new view images (optionally including stereo images) of the scene rendered as the observer moves. According to one embodiment, multiple viewing rays are extended in a viewing direction from the image to be rendered at a view point. For viewing rays that do not coincide with captured images, an image is generate based on the captured images. The image is generated by interpolating between at least two captured images based on a constant distance to objects in the scene. The view images that are displayed can be mono or stereo (e.g., simulating a pair of eyes of the observer).

  • Publication number: 20080129631
Abstract: A broadband circularly polarization antenna device includes: a dielectric body, a patch, an antenna feed pin, and a grounding layer. The patch is disposed on a top surface of the dielectric body. The antenna feed pin is extended outward from a bottom surface of the dielectric body. One part of the grounding layer is coated on the bottom surface of the dielectric body, and the other part of the grounding layer is coated entirely around a lateral side of the dielectric body. Because the grounding layer is coated on the bottom surface and the lateral side of the dielectric body, the bandwidth of the antenna device is increased and interference from a PCB and other surrounding circuits to the antenna device is greatly reduced, thereby ensuring the antenna device performs well.
