    Abstract: The present invention is a dual-detent shifting apparatus, comprising a supporting seat, an actuating piece, and a detent piece. The supporting seat has plural cable-winding positioning slots and plural cable-releasing positioning slots. The actuating piece is pivotally connected to the supporting seat and has a cable-winding detent suppressor and a cable-releasing detent suppressor. The cable-winding detent suppressor and the cable-releasing detent suppressor may be axially rotated with the actuating piece synchronically. The detent piece has a cable-winding detent and a cable-releasing detent. When the actuating piece is rotated from cable-winding position to cable-releasing position, the cable-winding detent suppressor may drive the cable-winding detent away from the cable-winding positioning slot and the cable-releasing detent suppressor may then drive the cable-releasing detent to be inset into cable-releasing positioning slot.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic interference filter is disclosed. An inductance coil with four wires extended there-from, a ceramic capacitance board, a metallic film capacitance and a grounded wire are included. The ceramic capacitance board is provided with a plurality of metallic film areas on a first surface and one metallic film area on a second surface and thus forms a plurality of separate capacitance electrodes on it. The invention is characterized in that two wires extended from the inductance coil are electrically connected to the capacitance electrodes while the other two wires extended from the inductance coil are electrically connected to the wires of the metallic film capacitance, and one terminal of the grounded wire is electrically connected to the metallic film area on the second surface of the ceramic capacitance board.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a bicycle front derailleur mountable to a seat tube of a bicycle frame for fitting a chain around a selected sprocket of a multiple chainwheel by pushing the chain laterally at a portion thereof advancing into engagement with the chainwheel, the front derailleur comprising: a fixed section fixed to a bicycle frame, a chain guide for contacting a chain to shift the chain, and an actuating arm and a linkage rod disposed between and pivotally connected to the fixed section and the chain guide. In the above construction, the present invention has achieved the intended object of providing an improved bicycle front derailleur capable of reliably effecting a change speed operation with the aid of a sufficient restoring force of the return spring and achieving minimized in operation forces required for various change speeds.

It includes a fixed member which is fixed on the rear fork of the bicycle with a fixed screw, a shock absorbing member which is fixed on the fixed member to reduce the shock when rider changing the gear ratio, a outer linkage and a inner linkage, with parallel moving mechanism formed by a parallelogram set, to tug the movable member in order to fulfill the purpose of changing speed; a guiding pulley/chain member which comprises a upper guiding pulley, a lower guiding pulley and a guiding chain, while said upper guiding pulley is connected to the upper part of said guiding chain and said lower guiding pulley is connected to the lower part of said guiding chain. Furthermore, the said guiding pulley and chain member is connected to the movable member via a rotating set.

    Abstract: The basic philosophy of Intelligent Network (IN) is the separation of service control from the telephone switches which now perform only connection control and a minimum amount of work to facilitate service control. In IN terms, Service Control Point (SCP) determined how a particular call from a user is routed and how to manipulated it once a call is set up and some interesting events happen. The telephone switch with the added IN capabilities o collaborate with the SCP in IN services is called Service Switching Point (SSP). All the services will be managed by Service Management System (SMS). For the management of IN, the Telecommunication Management Network (TMN) is adopted, all the management information are defined as managed objects and transmitted within the management network. An Q Adaptor is a software process and responsible for the maintenance of the MIB tree and the management information conversion between SMS and SCP.
