    Abstract: Semiconductor processing apparatuses and methods are provided in which a semiconductor wafer is flipped and then rotated between patterning of front and back sides of the semiconductor wafer by first and second reticles, respectively. In some embodiments, a method includes patterning, by a first reticle, a first layer on a first side of a semiconductor wafer while the first side of the semiconductor wafer is facing a first direction. The semiconductor wafer is then flipped. A second side of the semiconductor wafer that is opposite the first side faces the first direction after the flipping the semiconductor wafer. The semiconductor wafer is then rotated about a rotational axis extending along the first direction, and a second layer on the second side of the semiconductor wafer is patterned by a second reticle.

Only one of the multiple loads can be connected to a power source at a time. At the high side, each load is coupled to the power source through a respective pin at a connector. At the low side, the multiple loads share a common return pin at the connector that connects the loads to the ground. When a first load is connected to the power source at the high side, a first low side driver circuit is used to connect the first load to the ground at the low side. When a second load is connected to the power source at the high side, the second low side driver circuit is used to connect the second load to the ground at the low side.

    Abstract: A reacting device of dual path synchronous immunochromatographic platform includes a seat, an upper housing, and a fluid dividing funnel. The seat contains two immunochromatographic carriers. The hollow pipe portion has two sloped structures. A force bearing portion of the fluid dividing funnel can be pressed down, so two fluid exits of the fluid dividing funnel move towards these two sloped structures. The specimen drops and is guided into these two immunochromatographic carriers respectively. A reaction result can be observable. The fluid dividing funnel can divide the specimen into two immunochromatographic carriers evenly. The sloped structure can increase the accuracy of specimen supply. Excess specimen can be scraped off for enhancing the solving accuracy. In addition, it can decrease the possibility of false positive problem.
