  • Patent number: 7902763
Abstract: The present invention discloses a piezoelectric cascade resonant lamp-ignition circuit, which uses the intrinsic capacitors of a piezoelectric transformer as piezoelectric capacitors. One lamp is cascaded to one set of the piezoelectric capacitors. Several sets of the piezoelectric capacitors and a resonant inductor are cascaded to form a resonant lamp-ignition circuit. The lamp-ignition circuit of the present invention has advantages of low temperature, small leakage current, high breakdown voltage and high lamp ignition efficiency. When applied to drive several lamps, the present invention uses a fixed frequency to attain a fixed inner impedance of the equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric capacitor. Thereby, the currents of the lamps are balanced to have an identical value.

  • Patent number: 7683554
Abstract: The present invention discloses a high-voltage lamp-ignition piezoelectric oscillator, wherein a piezoelectric capacitor is connected to an LC resonance circuit in parallel to transform power. The LC resonance circuit is used to generate resonance. Voltage is applied to the piezoelectric capacitor to deform the piezoelectric material due to the inverse-piezoelectric effect and then generate electricity after deformation due to the piezoelectric effect. The combination of piezoelectric and inverse-piezoelectric effects generates additional charge and boosts the voltage. Thereby, the present invention decreases power consumption and reduces cost.

  • Publication number: 20090309460
Abstract: The present invention discloses an insulation piezoelectric transformer, wherein upper electrodes and corresponding lower electrodes are respectively formed on the upper surface and lower surface of a ceramic substrate to form the primary side and the secondary side. A high DC voltage is applied to the primary side and the secondary side to polarize the ceramic material in between the upper and lower electrodes. The unpolarized portion of substrate still keeps the properties of a ceramic material and functions as an insulator of the primary and secondary sides. Therefore, the present invention functions as an insulation piezoelectric transformer.

  • Publication number: 20060278583
Abstract: A method for recycling sludge during waste-water treatment firstly utilizes a process of chemical coagulation to produce sludge rich in copper ions. The sludge is then leached in a sulfuric acid storage tank with sulfuric acid of concentration 1-2N, whereby a extractive solution with copper enrichment 18-39 g/L and residues can be obtained. The extractive solution is then processed in a refrigeration crystallization tank to form copper sulfate crystals. Further, the residues produced are added into the coagulation tank as a coagulant in the process of chemical coagulation for wastewater treatment, thereby achieving a goal of zero sludge production.
