  • Patent number: 11681766
Abstract: Devices often receive content items to be saved for later presentation to a user. In some instances, the content of the message is analyzed to retrieve supplemental information from external data sources, such as a map to a location discussed in a message. However, such supplementing often fails to reflect the personal context of the content item to the user, who may not easily recall the associated personal context when the content item is later presented. Instead, for a content item to be saved, a device may evaluate personal data sources to identify the personal context of the content item to the user, and add personal context annotations to a content item record of the saved content item. Later, during a presentation of the content item to the user, the personal context annotations may be included as a reflection of the personal context of the content item to the user.

  • Patent number: 11680556
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a retrofit auxiliary nacelle yaw position control system that enables advanced nacelle yaw position control of a wind turbine by comparing a desired nacelle yaw position signal with the actual nacelle yaw position and generating a virtual relative wind direction signal that is provided to the existing turbine control unit. This method and system enable implementation of wake steering, collective yaw optimization and dynamic yaw optimization of a collection of wind turbines referred to as a wind plant. Modification of the existing turbine control unit is not required, greatly simplifying the implementation process of advanced yaw control strategies on existing wind plants.

  • Patent number: 11681417
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for increasing accessibility of digital content. For instance, a code for the digital content and one or more accessibility guidelines are received. The code is analyzed to identify a violation of an accessibility guideline. The digital content presented in accordance with the code, data indicative of the violation, and an option to correct the violation are displayed on a User Interface (UI). In response to receiving an input indicative of a selection of the option to correct the violation, one or more correction options to correct the violation are provided. In response to a selection of a correction option, the code is altered, based on the selected correction option. The alteration of the code corrects the violation of the accessibility guideline and thereby changes one or more aspects of how the digital content is to be presented.

  • Publication number: 20230177553
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for a coupon text generation system that generates new coupon text for existing coupons. The systems and methods automatically expand coupon-catalogs using a product class taxonomy hierarchy for merchants that identifies the different products, brands, or product classes for the merchant. The systems and methods create a plurality of new coupon text for a coupon provided by a merchant based on the product class taxonomy for the merchant. The text of the coupon text is rewritten to apply to the different products, brands, and product classes provided by the merchant. The coupons may be ranked, and the top results of the ranked coupons may be returned for presentation on a website.

  • Publication number: 20230172492
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a sensing modality for measurement of vital signs, particularly in neonates, using inkjet-printed sensors in order to create a low cost and computationally less-intensive monitor. The invention incorporates the use of sensors specifically design to measure abdominal flex as a measure of their respiration rate. Neonates in particular exhibit abdominal flex during respiration. The flex sensor can be coupled with other off-the-shelf sensors or sensors made using same principles, connected together to a phone through the AUX port of a cell phone or other device for data collection and processing. The sensor can also be configured to communicate wirelessly with a computing device, such as a smartphone.
