    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for wide frequency range voltage controlled oscillators. For example, an apparatus includes a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) including a delay cell which includes first and second current sources provided in parallel with one another. The first current source is controlled by a voltage control input connected to a voltage control terminal and the second current source is controlled by a bias voltage input connected to a bias voltage terminal. The first current source provides an alternate current path in the delay cell when the second current source is off. The delay cell is operable to receive an input and produce an output using the alternate current path.

In an embodiment, overlay misalignment during the patterning results in the formation of edge placement error openings. In an embodiment, the method further comprises correcting the edge placement error openings, and patterning an opening into the substrate after correcting edge placement error openings.

The method further includes wrapping a protective layer of one or more dielectric materials, and a sacrificial helmet material on top of the trench contacts to protect them during the via contact patterning and etch processes for forming via contacts over one or more gates. Such a method may advantageously allow increasing the edge placement error margin for forming via contacts of metallization stacks.

A total arrival quantity constraint for a marketplace is generated comprising a function of a reported arrival of crops at a marketplace and an estimated arrival to the marketplace comprising a sum of farm yields for the farm fields, wherein the farm yields comprise variables to optimize. Sensed data of the farm fields is used to determine relationships of the farm yields for the farm fields. Comparative farm yield constraints are generated comprising relationships of the farm yields for different pairs of farms. A constraint optimization problem is solved based on the total arrival quantity constraint and comparative farm yield constraints to calculate the farm yields of the farm fields.
