Abstract: An integrated multidirectional loading model test device for offshore wind turbines, including a water flume, a wave-making mechanism at first end of water flume, a top hood at top of water flume to form air duct, a first end of the top hood as air inlet end and a fan at second end of top hood, a seabed soil holding sink at a set position at bottom of water flume, a rotating disk at bottom of interior of seabed soil holding sink, a model barrel for placing seabed soil and the offshore wind turbine model is fixed on the rotating disk, and the rotating disk is connected to a driving mechanism to drive model barrel to rotate, so that a relative motion between the model barrel and the fixed water flume can be generated to achieve the wind and wave loads in different directions on the offshore wind turbine model.

Abstract: A display apparatus is provided, including a plurality of light-emitting units disposed on a substrate. Each light-emitting unit includes a first electrode layer, an organic light-emitting layer and a second electrode layer arranged in sequence along a first direction, and has a first light-emitting region, an island-shaped region and a second light-emitting region continuously arranged in sequence along a second direction. The first direction is a direction perpendicular to the substrate, and the second direction is a direction parallel to the substrate. The first electrode layer continuously extends in the first light-emitting region, the island-shaped region and the second light-emitting region, and the first electrode layer is formed with a first protrusion portion in the island-shaped region.

Abstract: Provided is an immobilized enzyme, a preparation method and use thereof. The immobilized enzyme includes an enzyme and an amino resin carrier for immobilizing the enzyme, and the enzyme is selected from any one of the following enzymes: transaminase, ketoreductase, monooxygenase, ammonia-lyase, ene reductase, imine reductase, amino acid dehydrogenase, and nitrilase. The amino resin carrier is an amino resin carrier modified by a cross-linking agent, and the cross-linking agent is a cross-linking agent treated by a polymer. By means of modifying the amino resin carrier with the cross-linking agent treated by the polymer, the enzyme immobilized on the amino resin carrier may easily form a network cross-linking, such that the immobilization effect of the enzyme is more stable, thereby the recycling efficiency of the enzyme is improved.

Abstract: A chest and abdomen coupled cardiopulmonary resuscitation device, including a bottom plate and at least two compression/traction mechanisms, wherein each of the two compression/traction mechanisms includes two linear motors with opposite positions, the axes of the two linear motors are perpendicular to the bottom plate, and the bottoms of the linear motors are in slip connection with the bottom plate; and the tops of the two linear motors are fixedly connected by a connecting mechanism, the bottom of the connecting mechanism is fixedly provided with a presser connected to an air pump, and the presser can move on the connecting mechanism along a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the linear motors. The device can be adjusted to the optimal compression frequency, depth and duration according to objective physiological indicators, thereby greatly improving success rate of rescue.

In some emodiments, the element A is one or more selected from: Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Sr, Zn, Mg, Ca, or any combination thereof. An external specific surface area of the organic-inorganic hybrid porous material is 1 to 100 m2/g. A ratio of the external specific surface area to a total specific surface area of the organic-inorganic hybrid porous material is 0.7 to 0.9.

Abstract: A spinel-type nickel-manganese-lithium-containing composite oxide, a preparation method thereof, and a secondary battery and an electric apparatus containing the same are provided. A body material of the spinel-type nickel-manganese-lithium-containing composite oxide is represented by a general formula LixNiyMnzMmO4Qq, and both element P and one or more elements selected from elements Nb, W, and Sb are doped in the body material, where based on mass of the spinel-type nickel-manganese-lithium-containing composite oxide, doping content k of the element P satisfies 0.48 wt %?k?3.05 wt %, doping content g of the one or more elements selected from the elements Nb, W, and Sb satisfies 0.05 wt %?g?0.31 wt %, and 2?k/g?20. The secondary battery provided in this application has good high-temperature storage performance and high-temperature cycling performance.

Compared with an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, the amino acid sequence of the ketoreductase mutant includes at least one of the following mutation sites: L198P, S96W/I/L/V, M194L or L1526, herein “/” means “or.” The ketoreductase mutant provides high selectivity and high activity with respect to a substrate ketone, and the application of the mutant in a catalytic reduction reaction of a ketone substrate may increase the production efficiency of a chiral alcohol compound corresponding thereto.

Compared with an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1, an amino acid sequence of the transaminase mutant includes at least one of the following mutation sites: L166, K149, K146, A168, H73, F133, H82, E24, V194, T294, A295, G235 and F236. The mutant of the present invention has the improved catalytic activity for a transammonization reaction of ketone substrates, and is suitable for industrial production of chiral amines.
