    Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure provide a solution for reordering merge candidates. In this solution, during a conversion between a current video block of a video and a bitstream of the video, a template matching cost associated with each of a plurality of candidates of motion information for the current video block is determined. The template matching cost is determined based on a first difference between a set of neighboring samples of the current video block and a set of reference samples corresponding to the set of neighboring samples, and a second difference between a set of reconstructed samples neighboring to the set of neighboring samples and the set of reference samples. The set of reference samples is determined based on motion information indicated by a respective candidate. Then, the plurality of candidates of motion information is reordered based on the template matching cost.

The target region may be a low-gray region generated on the projection image by a substance with an X-ray attenuation coefficient greater than a predetermined threshold. The systems may determine, within the initial range, the target region on the projection image. The method comprised: reacting an amino donor with a fluorine-containing dihydroxy ketal compound under a catalysis of a transaminase to generate the fluorine-containing chiral amine compound, wherein the transaminase is derived from a plurality of strains. The transaminase of the present application has substrate specificity on the fluorine-containing dihydroxy ketal compound, and may effectively catalyze this type of the substrate to be converted into the fluorine-containing chiral amine compound. In addition, the transaminase has catalytic activity on a plurality of the fluorine-containing dihydroxy ketal compounds, and is relatively high in reaction selectivity and activity. The method catalyzed by the bio-enzyme is not only short in route, but also high in product yield, and the production using the method reduces cost, organic solvents and three wastes.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-modal method for classifying a thyroid nodule based on ultrasound (US) and infrared thermal (IRT) images. Based on ultrasound and infrared thermal images and in combination with a multi-modal learning method, the present disclosure provides an adaptive multi-modal hybrid (AmmH) model which is composed of three parts: an intra-modal hybrid encoder (HIME), an adaptive cross-modal encoder (ACME), and a multilayer perceptron (MLP) head. The HIME is capable of modeling a global feature while extracting a local feature. The ACME is capable of customizing personalized modality-weights according to different cases and performing information interaction and fusion of inter-modal features. The MLP head classifies a fused feature obtained.
