  • Publication number: 20240111535
Abstract: A data processing apparatus includes detection circuitry that detects a parent instruction and a child instruction from a stream of instructions. The parent instruction references a destination register that is referenced as a source register by the child instruction. Adjustment circuitry then adjusts the child instruction to produce an adjusted child instruction whose behaviour is logically equivalent to a behaviour of executing the parent instruction followed by the child instruction.

  • Patent number: 11922497
Abstract: A method employs consumer permissioned financial data to generate an updated credit score following a consumer authorization to access to at least one demand deposit account of the consumer for use in generating the credit score for the consumer. The consumer permissioned financial data may be sourced from any one of a plurality of aggregators where the aggregators employ different data structures for the financial data. The financial data is processed to automatically normalize the data received from an aggregator by applying a common classification system across the plurality of aggregators to classify a first set of data fields; and automatically, regardless of whether an updated credit score is advantageous for the consumer and independent of any further consumer permission, generating the updated credit score using a combination of credit file data for the consumer and the financial data received from the aggregator.

  • Patent number: 11907723
Abstract: A data processing apparatus is provided. Rename circuitry performs a register rename stage of a pipeline by storing, in storage circuitry, mappings between registers. Each of the mappings is associated with an elimination field value. Operation elimination circuitry replaces an operation that indicates an action is to be performed on data from a source register and stored in a destination register, with a new mapping in the storage circuitry that references the destination register and has the elimination field value set. Operation circuitry responds to a subsequent operation that accesses the destination register when the elimination field value is set; by obtaining contents of the source register, performing the action on the contents to obtain a result, and returning the result.

  • Patent number: 11903172
Abstract: Techniques for mitigating loss of vaporized working fluid in a two-phase immersion cooling system may be implemented using one or more supplemental condensers that facilitate condensation of vaporized working fluid when the immersion tank is open, and one or more vapor collection points that are in fluid communication with at least one supplemental condenser. One or more fluid displacement devices may be configured to create suction pressure at the one or more vapor collection points. One or more vents may be positioned in the door. The one or more vents may be configured to permit movement of air from outside the immersion tank into an interior portion of the immersion tank without permitting loss of vaporized working fluid. A directional blowing device may be configured to blow a gaseous substance against a computing device in a downward direction as the computing device is being pulled upward out of the immersion tank.

  • Patent number: 11896857
Abstract: A respirator includes a head unit configured to be received on a human head and a purifying unit configured to provide purified air to the head unit. The purifying unit includes a first housing portion having an interior side defining a blower cavity, an exterior side defining a partial filter chamber with a filter sealing surface, and an inlet hole circumscribed by the sealing surface and extending between the interior and exterior sides. A second housing portion has an interior side defining a blower cavity. The first and second housings are attached to each other to form a housing such that the blower cavities are opposite each other to define a blower chamber within the housing. A blower is disposed in the blower chamber. A filter covers over the inlet hole and is disposed against the sealing surface such that air entering the hole passes through the filter.

  • Publication number: 20240028241
Abstract: There is provided a data processing apparatus in which decode circuitry receives a memory copy instruction containing an indication of a source area of memory, an indication of a destination area of memory, and an indication of a remaining copy length. In response to receiving the memory copy instruction, the decode circuitry generates at least one active memory copy operation or a null memory copy operation. The active memory copy operation causes one or more execution units to perform a memory copy from part of the source area of memory to part of the destination area of memory and the null memory copy operation leaves the destination area of memory unmodified.

  • Patent number: 11880726
Abstract: Fair queuing of request tasks spawned by requests to execute generative operations such as, for example, graph query language requests to execute a graph query language query, mutation, or subscription operations. Queuing techniques are used to prevent a heavy generative operation from dominating usage of computing resources of a host that executes many generative operations concurrently including a mix of heavy and normal generative operations. Generative operations are analyzed and classified as heavy or normal as the request tasks they spawn are being executed. If a generative operation is classified as heavy, then subsequent request tasks spawned by the heavy generative operation are added to an overload queue while request tasks spawned by concurrently executing normal generative operations as added to a main queue. For fairness, request tasks are polled from the main queue for execution at greater frequency than request tasks in the overload queue.

  • Publication number: 20230414820
Abstract: A sanitization apparatus of a vehicle includes (i) surfaces defining a chamber configured to accept an object to be sterilized with ultraviolet light and (ii) a first light emitting diode (LED) including a die that is configured to emit ultraviolet light. The die has a primary surface that defines a plane that extends through the chamber. The sanitization apparatus further includes a first reflective surface that is reflective of ultraviolet light disposed adjacent to the first LED. At least a portion of the ultraviolet light that the die emits reflects off of the first reflective surface and into the chamber. The first reflective surface defines a plane that intersects with the plane that the primary surface of the die defines.
