  • Publication number: 20090120915
Abstract: A laser beam emitted from a laser oscillator unit passes through a first substrate and irradiates a sealing member. The sealing member irradiated with the laser beam is heated in accordance with the absorptance and thus softens and melts. The laser beam is reflected by the sealing member and the reflection reaches a detector unit. A computing unit transmits information, such as a correction value of the laser power, to a laser controlling unit on the basis of the information from the detector unit so that the melting state of the surface of the sealing member is kept constant. In this manner, the melting state of the sealing material can be maintained in an appropriate state.

  • Patent number: 7517990
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for deuteration of a heterocyclic ring, which comprises subjecting a compound having a heterocyclic ring to sealed refluxing state in a deuterated solvent in the presence of an activated catalyst selected form a palladium catalyst, a platinum catalyst, a rhodium catalyst, a ruthenium catalyst, a nickel catalyst and a cobalt catalyst. In accordance with a method of the present invention, a hydrogen atom belonging to a heterocyclic ring of a compound having a heterocyclic ring can be very efficiently deuterated because temperature of deuteration reaction can be maintained at higher than boiling point of the solvent. Further, a method for deuteration of the present invention can be applied widely to deuteration of various compounds having a heterocyclic ring which are liable to decomposition under supercritical conditions or acidic conditions, leading to industrial and efficient deuteration of a compound having a heterocyclic ring.

  • Publication number: 20090071588
Abstract: The method of manufacturing a hermetically sealed container improved is provided. The height of each location of a bonding member is measured across all the extending directions of the bonding member. The control computer decides a pressing force of a pressing cylinder for pressing and deforming the substrate so that a constant pressure is applied between a substrate and the bonding member based on the height of the bonding member of the position heated by a heater. Next, a rotating body, the heater, and the pressing cylinder, which are integrally fixed, are scanned along the bonding member. By the pressing force calculated by the control computer, the pressing cylinder is driven and the rotating body is pressed to the substrate side, while being rotationally driven, so that the light beam by the heater such as a laser device is irradiated.
