The electrode for a lithium battery includes an electrode plate, a mix layer and a heat insulating layer in this order, wherein the mix layer includes at least an aqueous adhesive and an active material; the heat insulating layer includes at least a thermal activation material; and at least part of the mix layer is in contact with at least part of the heat insulating layer.

    Abstract: Among other things, one or more techniques and/or systems are provided for cleaning a polishing module of a semiconductor polishing apparatus. Purge air flow can be supplied into the polishing module (e.g., directed towards a polishing unit, a shield, and/or other polishing components) to create turbulence air flow within the polishing module. An auxiliary exhaust can be invoked to exhaust one or more particulates removed from the polishing module by the turbulence air flow. A purge air flow cycle can be performed by cycling the purge air flow and the auxiliary exhaust between on and off states. One or more purge air flow cycles can be performed during a main air flow cycle where laminar air flow is supplied into the polishing module and exhausted using a main exhaust. In this way, one or more particulates can be cleaned from the polishing module.

The switching circuits, the capacitors and the inductors form a switching power supply for supplying power to the device layer.

The distance between each optical sensor module and the coins in the respective coin tube is calculated by: measuring the time taken for the reflected light to travel from the coins in the respective coin tube to the proximity sensor of the respective optical sensor module and then multiplying the time thus measured by the speed of light. The number of coins in each coin tube is calculated by: deducting the distance between the respective optical sensor module and the coins in the respective coin tube from the pre-measured depth of the empty coin tube, and then dividing the reminder thus obtained by the thickness of single coin.

Four focusing coil loops are disposed between the lens holder and magnet set, and correspond to the four magnets of the magnet set. Four optical image stabilization coil loops are disposed on the circuit board and correspond to the four magnets of the magnet set, respectively. The focusing coil loops and optical image stabilization coil loops share the magnet set. Therefore, the voice coil motor has a size reduced.

The sensor device detects the user's movement state and posture by capturing data from a tri-axial accelerometer in the sensor device. Streamed data from the accelerometer is normalized to correct for sensor errors as well as variations in sensor placement and orientation. Normalization is based on accelerometer data collected while the user is wearing the device and performing specific actions.
