    Abstract: A method for adjusting furnace temperature of a reflow oven by AI, through obtaining product data of the reflow oven, obtaining initial characteristic data of a preceding work station and calculating mean values of temperatures of an upper furnace and a lower furnace, and taking the mean values as initial reflow characteristic data. Data as to first reflow characteristics of each reflow temperature zone and second reflow characteristics data of each zone are obtained, and data of the first and second reflow characteristics data are obtained. The electronic device further combines the characteristic data of the preceding work station with the combined reflow characteristics and combines results into a trained neural network model to output a temperature prediction, the oven temperature being adjusted according to the temperature prediction.

    Abstract: An intelligent drying method and an ultraviolet sterilization container are applied to an ultraviolet sterilization container for drying a sterilized article, the method comprising: that the sterilization container sequentially executes the following steps after receiving a drying instruction: releasing hot air to an article storage cavity; when an initial drying time is reached, collecting the intracavity temperature of the article storage cavity; automatically obtaining an extended drying time corresponding to the intracavity temperature of the article storage cavity; and continuously releasing hot air to the article storage cavity until the extended drying time is reached. The ultraviolet sterilization container includes: an article storage cavity, a heating air duct, a microprocessor, and a memory storing a computer readable program executable by the microprocessor. When the computer readable program is executed by the microprocessor, the sterilization container performs the above steps.

A rounding process is performed to round the peripheral openings and form a second mask pattern. A portion of the second layer is removed by using the second mask pattern as a mask, so as to form a third mask pattern. A second spacer is formed in the third mask pattern. The third mask pattern is removed. Portions of the first layer and the target layer are removed by using the second spacer as a mask.

The method of forming the contact holes includes steps of forming openings in the dielectric layer to expose active regions, introducing a first oxygen plasma and a first fluorine plasma to remove by-products and oxidize inner surfaces of the openings, introducing a second oxygen plasma and a second fluorine plasma to remove the oxidized inner surfaces and repair the active regions, introducing a third oxygen plasma to oxidize inner surfaces again to form an oxide layer, and removing the oxide layer. The cross-sectional structure of two adjacent contact holes includes a capital, a base, and a shaft between the capital and the base, wherein the shaft has a smaller width than the base and the capital.

    Abstract: Techniques for power saving by remote wireless mobile devices are provided, in particular by stations (STAs) during downlink (DL) multiple-user multiple-input and multiple-output (MU-MIMO) transmissions in an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11ay network when reverse direction (RD) transmissions are either enabled and not enabled. Various embodiments enable each STA in a group of STAs to determine an order in which the STAs are requested to send a block acknowledgement (BACK) and which STAs will be granted an RD transmission. Further, a duration of each RD transmission is provided to each STA. Based on the provided information, each STA can determine times to enter a power saving mode. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
