    Abstract: The invention provides a multi-state sense amplifier, coupled to at least one memory cell and a plurality of reference cells. The source follower, coupled between a first node and the output terminal of the memory cell, clamps the voltage drop across the memory cell to generate a memory cell current flowing through the first node. The source follower circuit, coupled between a plurality of second nodes and the output terminals of the reference cells, clamps the voltage drops across the reference cells to generate a plurality of reference currents respectively flowing through the second nodes. The current mirror circuit, coupled to the first node and the second nodes, duplicates the memory cell current of the first node to affect the reference currents on the second nodes, thereby generating a memory cell voltage on the first node and a plurality of reference voltages on the second nodes.

    Abstract: The invention provides a multi-state sense amplifier, coupled to at least one memory cell with changeable resistance and a plurality of reference cells. The first current mirror circuit, coupled to the output terminal of the memory cell, generates a second memory cell current at a first node according to a first memory cell current through the memory cell. The second current mirror circuit, coupled to the output terminal of the reference cells, generates a plurality of second reference currents at a plurality of second nodes according to a plurality of first reference currents through the reference cells. The load circuit, coupled to the first node, the second nodes, and a ground, provides equal loads for the second memory cell current and the second reference currents to respectively generate a memory cell voltage at the first node and a plurality of reference voltages at the second nodes.

    Abstract: A projectile flier has a flying body, a propeller device mounted on the flying body and an actuator detachably combined to the flying body to rotate the propeller device. The flying body has a tube located at its gravity center to rotatably combine with an axis of the propeller device. The actuator has a handle with a pulling device that efficiently drives the axis of the propeller device to rotate. Until the propeller device rotates at high speed to provide efficient floating force, the flying body disengages from the actuator and flies into sky. By efficiently rotating the propeller device with the pulling device, rotation speed of the propeller device is significantly increased to make the flying body fly over a long period and a far distance.

    Abstract: A thin-film transistor (TFT) is described to have a gate layer, an insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, and a source/drain layer formed on a flexible substrate. The source and the drain layers are separated by a channel with a special shape. This does not only increase the aspect ratio of the channel per unit area, the source and the drain also have multiple directions for transmitting carriers. The carrier mobility of the TFT is thus enhanced with uniform and stable circuit properties.

    Abstract: A speed dome has a monitor module used to shoot nearby scenes, position-controlling devices used to control horizontal and vertical angles, and bracing plates used to brace the monitor module. The bracing plates have a circuit used to drive the monitor module and the position-controlling devices. The circuit serves to communicate with an external peripheral (a remote controller or computer), transmit image signals and electric power, and so on. Hence, the bracing plates are circuit printed boards (PCBs) and constitute the main body of the speed dome. In this way, the weight of the speed dome can be reduced and the size of the driving motors can also be small. Further, the speed for developing new products can be quickened, the cost for developing the products can be reduced, and the time for testing the products or entering the market can be shortened.

The liquid crystal structure has at least a first polarizer, a first liquid crystal compensation film, a main liquid crystal layer, a second liquid crystal compensation film, and a second polarizer. When the light passes through the first liquid crystal compensation film and the second liquid crystal compensation film, a first compensation retardation and a second compensation retardation are obtained, respectively, to compensate for the main retardation, so that a biaxial compensation is achieved. The main body is fixedly mounted on a first member, and is provided on a top thereof with an axially extended slit and near the top with an internally threaded hole transversely extended through the slit, such that a screwing element can be tightened into the threaded hole to narrow the slit. The pivot shaft has a first end rotatably supported on the main body and a second end fixedly connected to a second member. By tightening the screwing element into the threaded hole by different degrees, the slit is forced to narrow or widen to allow adjustment of a tightness of contact between the main body and the pivot shaft, allowing the pivot shaft to bring the second member to rotate and locate at a desired position, relative to the first member.
