    Abstract: Hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes may be transmitted via configured grants as well as scheduled grants. The configured grants may include time and frequency resources, and transmissions may occur across contiguous transmissions. HARQ process information, such as HARQ IDs and redundancy versions, may be communicated via a control channel, and the control channel may be multiplexed with the transmission resources of the configured grants. Retransmission timers may be used for HARQ processes conveyed via configured grants, and the transmitting apparatus may signal to a receiver when to send an acknowledgement. An acknowledgement may take the form of bitmaps for code block groups of a HARQ. A configured grant may be selected from among multiple configured grants based upon low latency, for example. A group of configured grants may be activated or deactivated via a single command.

Another executed instruction includes receiving PRACH resource information in a master information block on a PBCH or system information block (SIB) on the secondary PBCH.     Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for a WTRU to operate using multiple schedulers. The WTRU may exchange data with the network over more than one data path, such that each data path may use a radio interface connected to a different network node and each node may be associated with an independent scheduler. For example, a WTRU may establish a RRC connection between the WTRU and a network. The RRC connection may establish a first radio interface between the WTRU and a first serving site of the network and a second radio interface between the WTRU and a second serving site of the network. The RRC connection may be established between the WTRU and the MeNB and a control function may be established between the WTRU and the SCeNB. The WTRU may receive data from the network over the first radio interface or the second radio interface.

For example, a wireless terminal may receive SB indications including SB configurations and/or LBT outcomes of a base station, and other information such as a remapped CORESET. Similarly, a terminal may determine that a physical resource block (PRB) is invalid based at least in part on whether the PRB overlaps with a guard band. The WTRU may send a capability indication of support of multi-RAT access to a network, wherein the multi-RAT access mode is enabled based on the capability indication. A partial handover of bearers may be performed. In performing the handover, the target cell is determined based on a priority rule.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for a more flexible use of bandwidth parts (BWP) and cells for the various transmissions within the BFR procedure, such as the UL beam failure recovery request (BFRQ) and the DL beam failure recovery response (BFRR). Example benefits include support for BFR on DL-only SCells by allowing the BFR UL transmissions on another cell with UL, support for sequential/parallel multi-cell BFRQ for improved BFR reliability and latency performance, and support for less UE-initiated BWP switching for BFR.

The discoveree assesses the announcement and may respond to the discoverer. The discovery announcement may be a target search discovery announcement or a self-advertisement discovery announcement, and may be unicast, groupcast, or broadcast. The discoverer and discoveree may perform synchronization in support of V2X sidelink communication and may collect driving information pertaining to vehicles associated with the discoverer and discoveree, respectively, such as driving intention, positioning, and environment information. The discoverer may request an authorization for the discovery announcement, and the request may include the driving information.
