  • Patent number: 11928238
Abstract: A domain registry (DR) service executing within a service provider network protects data, such as account data, that is associated with different accounts for testing and/or performing other operations/actions by registering an account with one or more domains. The DR service may register an account in one or more domains based on a request by a user. The operations performed that uses/changes data associated with accounts may be restricted based on the domains for which an account is registered. For example, an account that is registered in a “testing” domain may have different workflows/operations performed using the account data associated with the account registered in the testing domain as compared to an account that is not part of the testing domain.

  • Publication number: 20230323273
Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of temperature detection devices for microfluidic chips, specifically relates to a temperature detection device and method in loop mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP). The temperature detection device in the LAMP includes a temperature measurement mechanism, a heat conduction pad, a heating layer, and a thermal insulation layer which are disposed in sequence from top to bottom; the temperature measurement mechanism enters a corresponding temperature measurement chamber to collect corresponding working chamber temperature data, that is, the heating layer adjusts, according to the corresponding working chamber temperature data, heat generated by a corresponding heating source; the thermal insulation layer prevents the heating layer from downwards transmitting the heat such that the heats generated by the heating sources in the heating layer are all transmitted to corresponding heating regions through the heat conduction pad.

  • Patent number: 11748686
Abstract: A system can be configured to receive an onboarding request for a service and an API associated with the service. An API configuration defining access permissions, API call structures, and available operations can be determined for the service by an onboarding service. The API configuration can be utilized by the onboarding service to register the API with a proxy server such that incoming API calls are redirected to an access endpoint associated with the service. The proxy server enables the service and the API to be updated via the onboarding requests as service modification and API modification can be submitted, validated, and integrated into a service environment due to the proxy server decoupling the API from the service.

  • Patent number: 11703770
Abstract: An arrangement of a microlithographic optical imaging device includes first and supporting structures. The first supporting structure supports an optical element of the imaging device. The first supporting structure supports the second supporting structure via supporting spring devices of a vibration decoupling device. The supporting spring devices act kinematically parallel to one another between the first and second supporting structures. Each supporting spring device defines a supporting force direction and a supporting length along the supporting force direction. The second supporting structure supports a measuring device configured to measure the position and/or orientation of the optical element in relation to a reference in at least one degree of freedom and up to all six degrees of freedom in space. A creep compensation device compensates a change in a static relative situation between the first and second supporting structures in at least one correction degree of freedom.

  • Patent number: 11704229
Abstract: Techniques for auto-intrusive data pattern and test case generation for negative service testing are described. A test engine obtains negative test information specifying negative test input examples or schemas associated with tests that are expected to fail. A test generator generates multiple test cases based on the negative test information. A test execution orchestrator splits each test case up into actions that are inserted into queues, where workflow execution agents perform the tests by reading from the queues and interacting with services. The tests may also include adjusting a rate of transactions allowed between top-level services and/or downstream services. Results from the testing are analyzed by a test analysis engine and used to inform the services or the test originator of test cases where the expected failures did not arise.

  • Publication number: 20230078524
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a rapid genetic screening method and device. The method includes: collecting a sample to be tested of a patient through a micro-fluidic chip, where the sample to be tested includes a whole blood or saliva or nasopharyngeal swab or wound swab sample of a patient; lysing and amplifying the sample to be tested in the micro-fluidic chip to obtain an amplified nucleic acid segment; fusing a biosensor with amplification liquid, where the biosensor is provided with a DNA probe which can only be bounded to a specific nucleic acid segment and in which an impedance may dramatically change before and after the bounding; and inputting an electrical signal to the biosensor, testing a signal of an output end, and determining whether a nucleic acid segment matched with the DNA probe exists in the sample to be tested of the patient. The DNA probe can be replaced to test whether different nucleic acid segments exist.
