  • Publication number: 20200285526
Abstract: Host specific containerized application configuration generation is disclosed. For example, first and second image files are stored on a first memory. Second and third memories are associated with a first host node. A request to generate a first configuration file associated with a plurality of isolated guests is received, launching a first short-lived guest of the plurality of isolated guests on the second memory. A configuration management application executes on the first short-lived guest, generating and saving the first configuration file to the third memory. The first short-lived guest is terminated. A first service guest of the plurality of isolated guests is launched on the second memory. A first service configured with the first configuration file executes on the first service guest. A second service guest of the plurality of isolated guests is launched on the second memory executing a second service configured with the first configuration file.

  • Patent number: 10761549
Abstract: Various electronics systems may benefit from appropriate limitation of short-to-ground current. For example, sensor systems may benefit from a voltage sensing mechanism to minimize short-to-ground current for low drop-out and bypass mode regulators. A system can include a first power transistor configured to operate in a low drop-out mode. The system can also include a short to ground sensor configured to control current to the first power transistor. The short to ground sensor can be configured to limit a maximum short-circuit current below a predefined load current capability.

  • Patent number: 10714227
Abstract: A shutter for controlling radiation exposure includes a rotatable member. The rotatable member is rotatable between an open position and a closed position. The rotatable member includes a passageway, wherein the passageway is positioned to receive radiation in the open position and is not positioned to receive radiation in the closed position. In the closed position, the rotatable member may substantially block or absorb the radiation. The passageway may collimate the radiation into a beam of radiation. The rotatable member may include a plurality of passageways positioned to receive radiation in the open position. The rotatable member may be rotatable between a plurality of open positions, each open position corresponding to at least one passageway. The open positions may align the source of radiation with different passageways in the rotatable member to form a different beam shape, a different number of beams, a different beam direction, or combinations thereof.

  • Publication number: 20200164155
Abstract: A wearable drug delivery device includes a housing, a needle assembly at least partially disposed in the housing, and a drive assembly at least partially disposed in the housing and coupled to the needle assembly. The needle assembly includes a needle or cannula and a sterile barrier disposed proximal to the needle or cannula in a first configuration where the sterile barrier is intact. The drive assembly includes a container that contains a medicament to be administered, a first plunger disposed in the container, and a drive mechanism that forces the first plunger to urge the medicament through the container. Upon engaging the drive mechanism, the needle or cannula and the sterile barrier move relative to each other from the first configuration to a second configuration where the needle or cannula breaks the sterile barrier, thereby allowing the medicament to be administered via the needle or cannula.
