    Abstract: A handheld toy for simulating a fight sequence has an audio circuit for recording and playing simulated fighting sounds. A body section is provided. The body section has a hollow interior section for housing the audio circuit. The body section has a first side which is rounded to allow the first side to fit comfortably in a palm of a user. A second side of the body section has a plurality of ridges. The ridges form finger grips to allow a hand of the user to hold the handheld toy. The body section has a movable cover to replace components of the audio circuit. A plurality of buttons is coupled to the audio circuit. Each of the plurality of buttons activates a different simulated fighting sound of the audio circuit. The user presses different buttons while performing a simulated fight sequence.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a hot water dispenser capable of heating water to near boiling temperatures (e.g., 205° F. to 212° F.). When water at near boiling temperatures is required, a secondary heating element is activated. The secondary heating element is in thermally coupled to the dispensing tube so that the water in the tube may be further heated as it passes through the dispensing tube from the tank to the dispensing outlet. Heating the water to near boiling just prior to its being dispensed reduces energy costs because the near boiling temperature water is not stored and allowed to cool. Additionally, the need for expensive insulation or expensive thermostats is eliminated.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for packaging items, such as meat, non-meat products and non-food products, using ultrasound or heat is disclosed herein. In a preferred embodiment, a continuous thermoplastic tubular mesh material is used to package multiple meat products. The preferred packaging method does not use metal clips as in conventional packaging, and instead uses thermal energy, ultrasonic energy, or other types of energy to create seals in the packaging material itself. The method advantageously causes one seal to be formed between each pair of adjacently packaged products. This single seal can be cut in half thereby creating two seals, one seal for each adjacently packaged product.
