  • Publication number: 20190308255
Abstract: An in-line portable, hand held hydraulic cutting tool having a handle assembly and a working head assembly is provided. The handle assembly has a tool frame portion and a neck portion. The working head assembly has a pair of jaw members joined so that they are movable relative to each other and held in place by a locking pin. Each jaw member has a cutting blade secured to or directly formed into the jaw member. A stabilizer can be secured to or directly formed into one or both jaw members. The one or more stabilizers are aligned with a respective cutting blade such that during a cutting operation at least an edge of the stabilizer engages an object being cut to limit rotation of the object during the cutting operation.

  • Patent number: 10402914
Abstract: Mechanisms are provided for determining contact-related information items for presentation to a user, such that the user can refer to the information items to enhance the user's communication with the contact. Contact-related information items that have a high relevance level may be accessed and presented to the user. In a case in which no or limited high relevance level information items exist, contact-related information items associated with incrementally lower levels of relevance may be accessed and presented. Moreover, according to some example embodiments, relevance may be derived based on the relationship of the user with the particular contact and/or the frequency of communications with the contact.

  • Patent number: 10392633
Abstract: Nucleic acid constructs and methods for rendering modifications to a genome are provided, wherein the modifications comprise null alleles, conditional alleles and null alleles comprising COINs. Multifunctional alleles (MFA) are provided, as well as methods for making them, which afford the ability in a single targeting to introduce an allele that can be used to generate a null allele, a conditional allele, or an allele that is a null allele and that further includes a COIN. MFAs comprise pairs of cognate recombinase recognition sites, an actuating sequence and/or a drug selection cassette, and a nucleotide sequence of interest, and a COIN, wherein upon action of a recombinase a conditional allele with a COIN is formed. In a further embodiment, action of a second recombinase forms an allele that contains only a COIN in sense orientation. In a further embodiment, action by a third recombinase forms an allele that contains only the actuating sequence in sense orientation.

  • Publication number: 20190245932
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include systems and methods for injecting content into a webpage at or local to a network access gateway. For example, in an embodiment, a network access gateway is provided for accessing the internet. A user logs onto the internet through the network access gateway and request a webpage. The gateway requests the webpage from the webpage provider. Before the gateway delivers the webpage to the user, the gateway, or a content injection engine local to the gateway, injects content, such as, for example, advertisements or other useful information, into the webpage and then sends the altered webpage to the user.

  • Publication number: 20190160639
Abstract: Portable, hand held, battery operated, hydraulic tools are provided with a tool frame and one or more interchangeable working heads. When the working head is connected with the tool frame, a piston actuated by a hydraulic system within the tool frame applies force to the working head to perform a task. A coupling mechanism holds the working head to the tool frame. The coupling mechanism allows the working head to be removed from the tool frame and another working head to be joined to the tool frame. The coupling mechanism can hold the working head at a fixed rotational angle with respect to the tool frame. The coupling mechanism can also allow the working head to rotate with respect to the tool frame.

  • Publication number: 20190163876
Abstract: A control center receives an order from a patient's smart phone to fill a new prescription prescribed by a doctor to a patient, along with a selection of one drug dispensing kiosk. A remotely located pharmacist video teleconferences with the patient via the patient's smart phone to provide counseling about the prescribed pharmaceutical. The patient goes to the drug dispensing kiosk where the patient inputs information that is communicated to the control center. In response to the patient's input, the remotely located pharmacist initiates a transmission to the control center. In response to receiving input from the remotely located pharmacist, the control center communicates an order to dispense the new prescription to the patient from the drug dispensing kiosk such that the order to dispense the new prescription to the patient from the drug dispensing kiosk is initiated by a human so as to be as a subjective dispensing decision.

  • Patent number: 10259806
Abstract: The present invention pertains generally to the field of therapeutic compounds. More specifically the present invention pertains to 5-[[4-[[morpholin-2-yl]methylamino]-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridyl]amino]pyrazine-2-carbonitrile compounds (referred to herein as “TFM compounds”) which, inter alia, inhibit Checkpoint Kinase 1 (CHK1) kinase function. The present invention also pertains to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, and the use of such compounds and compositions, both in vitro and in vivo, to inhibit CHK1 kinase function, and in the treatment of diseases and conditions that are mediated by CHK1, that are ameliorated by the inhibition of CHK1 kinase function, etc., including proliferative conditions such as cancer, etc.

  • Publication number: 20180300544
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems for monitoring and detecting changes in files attached to incoming emails. In one embodiment, if files are attached to an outgoing email, the change service uniquely tags each of the attached files and optionally stores local or remote copies of the tagged files. Additionally, in embodiments, the change service monitors and intercepts incoming emails. If files are attached to an incoming email, the change service identifies whether the files are tagged in a manner unique to the compare service. The change service then matches uniquely tagged files in the incoming email to corresponding files previously tagged by the change service. The change service then compares the two documents and generates reports that identify changes in the received document in relation to the transmitted document. Further, in embodiments, the change service provides visual indicators of the changes within the email application.
