Abstract: Provided herein are methods to prepare Heteroaryl Compounds having the following structure: wherein R1-R4 are as defined herein. The Heteroaryl compounds are useful for treating or preventing cancer, inflammatory conditions, immunological conditions, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, obesity, neurological disorders, age-related diseases, or cardiovascular conditions.

Abstract: The invention is related to a process for preparing a vulcanizable rubber composition comprising at least one elastomeric polymer, at least one phenol formaldehyde resin cross-linker, an activator package, and at least one activated zeolite, and a vulcanizable rubber composition prepared by said process. The invention also relates to a process for the manufacture of a vulcanized article comprising the steps of preparing a vulcanizable composition by the process mentioned before, shaping, and vulcanizing the vulcanizable rubber composition. The invention further relates to a vulcanized article.

Abstract: A dimension table is populated with data records extracted from at least one source system with each data record being associated with identifying hash values and attribute hash values. Once the dimension table is established, a set of hash values is computed for an incoming set of data records. The incoming set of hash values may include at least one identifying hash value and at least one attribute hash value for each data record contained in the incoming set of data records. The method then searches the established dimension table for records having an identifying hash value identical with the identifying hash value of the incoming set of data records. Once a match is found, the method compares the attribute hash values of the records having the identical identifying hash values. If the attribute hash values are different, the method updates the dimension table with the incoming data record.

Abstract: An apparatus for delivering humidified gases has a connection manifold adapted to connect with inlet and outlet ports of a slide on water chamber in a single slide on motion. Connection of the gases inlet and gases outlet ports as well as any additional electrical and/or pneumatic connections are all made in the same slide on motion. The water chamber may include inwardly extending elongate extension tubes with one of the extension tubes having an air bleed aperture to aid filling of the chamber.

Abstract: A watercraft having a chair with seat securely carried on the watercraft, the chair having a tubular frame comprising a seat frame, a back frame, and arms above and at each side of the seat frame. The seat and back frames are joined via a hinged connection. The front support legs extend downwardly from the front of each of the arms and terminate in a foot-like projection. A U-shaped rear chair support having downwardly extending portions at the rear of each of the arms, which are joined at their lower extremity by a horizontal portion. The surface of the watercraft has adhered thereto two spaced apart shoes for receiving the feet.

Abstract: A respiratory mask assembly for delivering breathable gas to a patient includes a frame and an elbow assembly. The frame has a front surface and a rear surface adapted in use to face the patient. The frame includes a main body providing an aperture therethrough for the introduction of breathable gas into a nasal breathing cavity. The elbow assembly is swivelably coupled to the front surface of the frame. The elbow assembly includes a swivel elbow that defines an intake port and an exhaust port separated from the intake port using a baffle. The elbow assembly includes an end portion that interfaces with the aperture of the frame.

Abstract: A headgear (200) for a respiratory mask (202) of a ventilator or CPAP device is provided. The headgear includes a strap portion (204, 206) formed of a substantially inextensible material. The strap portion has formed on one end thereof a connecting structure configured to connect to a mask of the ventilator or CPAP device. One advantage is that the mask will not or at least will be less inclined to lift off the face as mask pressure is increased.

Abstract: A method and apparatus is provided for forming at least a portion of a beverage from a co-milled powdered composition. An amount of a co-milled powdered composition is combined with a fluid to produce at least a portion of a beverage. The co-milled powdered composition is obtained from co-milling together at least one powdered ingredient having a difficult to disperse or dissolve portion with one or more dispersion facilitator components to form a co-milled powder effective to enhance the dispersion or dissolving of the powder when forming a food or beverage.

Abstract: In some implementations, windows can be displayed based on a global z-order. The global z-order can be maintained for all open windows. The global z-order can include windows that are not currently displayed. The global z-order can define a display order of windows across multiple workspaces. In some implementations, workspaces can be associated with respective levels. The workspace levels can be used to determine how to display windows associated with each workspace when multiple workspaces are displayed simultaneously.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method for processing magnetic resonance imaging data is provided. The method includes accessing the magnetic resonance imaging data, the data including a plurality of image data sets defining reconstructable images representative of a subject at different points in time. Each data set includes sampled data for sampled phase encoding points but is missing data for unsampled phase encoding points. An adaptive time window is determined for each image data set, and the missing data of at least one of the image data sets is determined based upon the sampled data for the respective data set and sampled data from at least one other data set within the time window for the respective data set.

Abstract: A Communications system for communicating over low bandwidth or high latency links incorporates a router MR7 configured to route a message to any like-configured router MR8, MR9 linked to it. Communications are implemented at network layer with UDP IP message packets. There are no hello messages. The message format 20 includes routing information but not designated and backup routers, which avoids loss of service from designated router changes and reduces bandwidth requirements. Configured routers MR7 to MR9 have different message formats 20, 40 for communicating with configured routers MR7 to MR9 and with unconfigured routers R1 to R6 respectively, and can link different protocols. A configured router MR7 deletes routes to like-configured routers MR8, MR9 with route metrics not superior to other routes with like destination. It also deletes routes with inferior metrics to related routes in an incoming message, and retains received route information regarding a new route or a route with superior metric.

Abstract: One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a method of quantifying soil carbon in a unit of land. The method generally comprises the steps of (i) obtaining an estimated spatial distribution of carbon content in the unit of land, (ii) stratifying the unit of land into a plurality of strata based at least partly on the spatial distribution of carbon content, (iii) selecting one or more locations from each of one or more of the plurality of strata, the one or more locations being selected with randomness, (iv) determining sample carbon content associated with the one or more first locations and (v) determining total carbon content in the unit of land based at least partly on the sample carbon content. In another aspect, this method may be used to quantify soil carbon sequestered in a unit of land by repeating steps (iv) and (v) at a second time and thereafter determining the amount of carbon sequestered.
